- Short term, food cravings are normal part of a healthy diet, but long-term chronic craving that are impossible to ignore or not. Such persistent cravings are usually assigned that your diet is inadequate and not as satisfying as it could be.
That’s why the best way to handle such great means is not to fight, ignore, or eat around them, but to satisfy them in a healthy manner.

Yep, stress can be a primary source of cravings
My main food cravings are during long work shifts. Pringles are always tempting.
Lack of sleep gives me the worst cravings.
Less Stress, more constructive outlets for stress, and also just eating more filling, healthy food. Fruit, Low-fat yogurt, whole grains, vegetables, fish and meat, etc
Empty carbs are a major trigger for me, so chips, potatoes, traditional sodas, cookies, etc are almost entirely avoided
I've read somewhere that eating sour fruits can help you with craving sweets, even if you just start eating a bit of such fruits with the sweets it will help you get satisfied quicker and stop the cravings over time. I've never been fat, maybe some people have different metabolisms, but this worked for me.

Great advice i thought you were going to take a bite out of that candy bar at the end.
Non-fat Greek yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and a sprinkling of granola takes care of it for me. That has been my go-to for years.
0% Fage with Sliced Apple or just a cup of oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon for the win
