Issue with Freeshow 1.1.9: Issues with scriptures/showing the wrong scripture or scripture wont load at all.
This software looks fire bro. I just have one question; can this import slides of lyrics from Google slides or Microsoft Presentation etc.?
Thanks! You should be able to download your presentation as text and import that.

Thanks! At the moment, you can select the verses and click "New show" on the bottom right to create a scripture show. Then it will show up in the stage output.
Is it possible to adjust the number of lines for imported songs as you import them? It would be rather handy to have a feature like that, instead of having to redo every song manually...
Hi, please press "More options" when in the "Create show" popup. to change the number of lines.

Hi there. Thanks, I'm testing this software out for our congregation. I have a question/problem: No matter what I do, I cannot get announcements to loop endlessly like you do. Is there a bug/problem? I cannot get a set of slides (a show?) to loop.
Thanks. This should happen automatically, but if not you can try to right click the last slide, hover over "Actions", then enable "Loop to start".
Do you have a step-by-step video to show how to set FreeShow up to use a sanctuary slide deck and a streaming slide deck for a lower-third view?

Please import PowerPoint as PDF or image. Please head to the "Connections" settings and click on the "RemoteShow", then scan the QR Code to control with another device.

Maybe sometime. If you are still wondering you can just simply go to "Connection" in settings, then click on "RemoteShow", and scan the QR Code with another device. It should work as long as the device is connected to the same router.
Can I do lower third for live stream ? I haven’t found any video yet.
Create a new output in the settings (Outputs), and create a new style (Styles) that you assign to the output. In the style assign a custom template, you have created with a textbox in the lower third view. Hope this makes sense.

Basically the same requirements as a Chrome browser. Will get it up on the website soon.

How do you set up stage display? I understand you can connect over the network, but we have a wired connection and can't figure out how to show the stage display. Thanks
In the "Stage" page, on the right there is an arrow next to the "Items" tab. Press the arrow to open the "Slide" options. Here you just need to enable "Output screen". 😊
How do i permanently change the bible template. Also when i search for more verses than the max verse per slide. It doesn't produce more slides. It just cuts of every other verse after the 4th line
You can go to "Templates" and change the "Scripture" template. Also you have to increase the "Max verses per slide" to increase the max verses per slide. It gets cut, because you can select many verses and press "New show" to create multiple slides.
Very lovely software. We just found it at our Church. Can you change the Bible verse showing on the screen from Double clicking to just a single click.

Can we stream in CZcams like Propresenter/OBS?
Currently you will have to stream the FreeShow output via OBS, but sometime that might be integrated directly into the program.
great software! i have been using it for a while now and i have found a couple of problems. The first one is in the new 1.1.12 update, I can't drag anything (shows in project, slides, etc.) My second problem isn't really a problem just a feature i want you to add. It is importing Videopsalms agendas. That could really help me prepare for next service since the songs are in Videopsalms.
Hi, if you restart the program do you still have problem with dragging? It works fine in my testing. Also you can import VideoPsalm songs, I do not have any plans on importing agendas, because when the songs are in, it's quick to create a new project.

There is a search icon on the right side of the drawer, click that. (Or you can press CTRL+F)
Is there a way we could get lyrics and slides from Googles slides and control it on this software like presenter?
In addition to importing as text/PDF, you can create a "Website" item and embed a Google Slide / PowerPoint presentation.
are you doing this on windows or mac . Cause this doesn't work on mac for me

Ok. I dont know whether everyone is facing this problem, but sometimes the program freezes and when you click on anything, it doesnt respond. I even tried to close it but it does not close. Please help.
This happens sometimes when the code don't know what to do. If you want, you can send the error log found in settings -> "Other" -> "Open log file" to our mail: dev@freeshow.app. This way we can probably track down the problem.
We'll be moving from powerpoint to FreeShow! Is it possible to show 3 language translations for songs and bible verses?
Hi, thank you. For the bible verses you can select multiple scriptures that are imported on the left in the drawer, right click them and click "Create collection", this way you can use it like normal, but it will output multiple bible verses. For multiple translations in songs you will either have to manually create multiple textboxes, or figure out how to use the "Mirror" item, if that's easier. 😊
Is there a way to use this for live streaming on facebook?. If not then how do i connect it to obs
Nvm figured out how to connect it to OBS. It has NDI. This is actually a fantastic software. Cant believe it's free🫣
No direct stream at the moment. You can send it to OBS via a screen capture in OBS, or by using NDI.

No, everything is stored locally! But you can set up integrated private cloud sync if you want to sync between multiple computers.

You have to export the powerpoint as PDF, and import that.

what is freeshow pc/laptop system requirements?
Just any platform that can run a Chromium browser. It's currently running on Chromium version 106.

Will make more tutorials when and if we have the resources to do it. But it is as simple as just enabling the NDI toggle in the output settings, that should send it and you can retrieve it with a supported software.

Yes You can:
1. Search for French Bible in .xml format from
sourceforge.net/.../FRE/French%20Louis%20Segond/
Or
github.com/.../Holy.../blob/master/FrenchBible.xml
2. Open Free Show v1.1.5
3. Click on Scripture Tab, New Scripture, Zefania and select your xml file.

My freeshowapp ain't working on ma projector at church
Please go into the settings, go to "Outputs", then select "Choose screen" and click at the external projector screen at church. Also make you the output window (top right corner) is active (red).

Genuine question, no hate, but like how are you funding this? It's just interesting that it's totally free but has all these features, even tho it has no source of revenue.
