How about setting the pin over this comment?
Couldn't resist
hello all the people that will see that comment since it’s pinned, i have nothing to add to this conversation
edit : spelling
@@McNallyOfficial hey, could you try to pick the ABUS 37/80 Granit Alloy Steel Rekeyable Padlock, Keyed Different. I’ve been considering getting this lock. It has amazing reviews but it costs over 100$. So I’d like to see a review on how easy it’s lock picked. Before I make that purchase. Thank you ^^
No lock in the world can't be opened. Locks are only deterrents.
@@maple22moose44 lol
I paid $300 for a man to drill out my deadbolt lock when I came back from travel and lost my keys. It was 0100 in the morning, so I was lacking in options to go to a store and buy picks to do it myself. Afterward, I got a pick set you recommended and tried with the deadbolt. It took some time and constant review of your video, but within a day, I did what the "professional" said he couldn't. I messaged the residence of my apartment to let them know that if they needed help, I'd do it for $50. Often, they give me more as a sort of tip. So... thanks for helping me get my money back.
sounds like you got scammed
@@jakobgrey804 Sounds to me like he learned from a mistake and is now better off than he was before he made it.
@@OkRake okay? yes he did whats your point?
@@jakobgrey804 What was your point? I'm pretty sure we were both just giving useless comments. ?
@@OkRake I'm pretty sure we weren't, just you.
"Let's go a little bit faster"
Does it in half a second
that's the joke
Yes, the video
That can’t be real
@@ComputerBLEWell, sus out the pins, it's real. 0.25 seconds playback speed. 1:09 seconds in.
Lmao, I was like, goddamit as soon as he did that l
I was searching for a Skyrim lockpiking tutorial...this is really good
Were you actually though?
@@vectorlua8081 actually no...I was serching for an Oblivion ones 😂Sorry for my bad English
@@moezeom8242 Oh, yeah I never figured out Oblivion lockpicking either t-t
@@moezeom8242 I usually say "skyrim" when reffering to the TES series, so i know what you mean
Just use another lock
It's been 9 months since his last video. Masterlocks hit men got to him. Press F to pay respects
It's cuz he makes shorts now
@@not_hAck3rwhere he's training to be ready for the hitmen 😎

Bruh didn’t u see the comment? He’s making shorts now.
No way. He's been training with the speed square
And here was me thinking there was an error in the editing because he said “let’s do this again” with only 2 seconds left.
for real
Hey McNally, thanks to you I’ve now broken out of prison and then broken back into prison. Cheers 🍻
Hey celly where you’ve been?
The lock at the end: A-ahH~
Love the calm explanation to the "This is a kinetic attack known as Zipping".
Love the comedic aspect of lockpicking
I just got my Covert lock pick set in the mail 20 min ago. I’ve watched your videos, listened over and over, watched the finesse you use to pick your locks.
Took the package apart, went down to my storage locker where there is a Master lock No.5. Took me 8 min to pick it. Large rake then used the short pick to lift up the struggling 4th pin, brought it up to the sheet line and it opened!
This is probably one of my all time favorite channels on the web, Your videos are always excellent and your a God of your craft sir. Thank you for all you've taught us.
When "a little bit faster" really means "over 9000" 🔥
Your videos are AWESOME!!! Humor! Intelligence! Great camera work! Great audio! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi...
Started watching your Vids a couple weeks ago.
Normally i dont comment on videos at all but this sounds dumb now.
I had no real hobbies or anything until now. Thanks to u i found insane interesst in lockpicking.
It also helps me alot with my ADHD. It helps me relax and focus on those things.
I appreciate you alot.
I would love to learn lock picking. Looks like a lot of fun.
I just bought a cheap set of picks from ebay. It is a bit of a challenge at times.
Oh it's great for tinkerers like me. I'm very ADHD, very fidgety, and doing this is WAY cooler than just using a fidget spinner.
SUCH a useful video thank you so much i didntt even realise that pressing a pin too hard was an issue until i saw this!
wow I just love watching you work, when you slap a lock with your hand and it opens or you use another lock to smack open a lock AMAZING. I have seen videos of someone using a match and lighting it to pop open the lock too, wondering if that works.
idk why but the production on the videos is perfect
Hey, I am a newbie to lockpick but I am in love with it!
Since I started watching your videos. I removed all locks in my life. Because watching you remove any lock is scary 😢
You are everything I love in a CZcamsr
you are a genius and I absolutely love your content
Just order a fng set. Seen the location from the website and glad I’m supporting a business from my home town while I’m so far❤❤
bumper key is like a hard punch to the face until they spill the beans. i like bumper key

IMPRESSIONANTE LOCK TIPS
That's one smooth talker there at the end.
i love how you raked the lock to open in lol
The end is awesome
I watched this 20 times cause he is better then my therapist
This was beautiful
Thanks for the highly entertaining videos, and at the same time, the equally disheartening videos.
I’ve caught a glimpse of a couple of locks that I use, grossly mistaken as secure (it says so on the packaging!), that you effortlessly vanquish.
You repeatedly demonstrate the engineers at MasterLock are anything but masters of locking. Other brands as well.
What’s a/the solution?
Yours faithfully,
Locked Out
Lol nice ending
Brother, your videos are amazing and funny at the same time. I watched most of the videos today. I just wanted to know what are the best kinds of locks in your opinion.
Wow so this is what level 99 lock picking is in real life
Always something hilarous 😅
So getting good at lockpicking any recommendation tools, tatics, I know it is mostly practice but I am sure there's other info that might help
That lock caught fire after that last pick lol
Welcome to the Covert Instruments family. I hope you are able to withstand LPL's power at 2%.
I love this channel
Super informative video
"Let's go a little bit faster"
Mind blown by the speed
End "little bit faster" doesn't demonstrate single pick picking (SPP) but raking technique using a hook. And yes, it's very fast if it works with the lock.
When I first started picking locks I used to overset the pins on propose bc I could do it in 2 seconds and then giggle my turning tool to unlock it
I love my lock picking set. I broke my scraper tool today and now I'm sad
ahah that pick in the end
Also thanks for the great advice.
holy shot, that was deep.
Love this
This is what happens to me all the time. Always having to reset or release some tension.
What locks do you actually recommend/ use?
Wow what great info and man your fast
That end of the video is just priceless :')
*zzzip*
Thanks for the advice
Thank you for watching!
Your welcome
McNally:*100% speed runs haven’t conversation with people*
Can you make a video of best locks to use? Thank you
Id love to see an old key ignition in a car
Do you have a video demonstrating the best lock to avoid shenanigans
So if you find the right pin it unlocks the lock or do they need to be set a certain way
Binding order will be different with each lock, even locks that are keyed alike may pick differently. Loose tolerances and security pins can cause locks to have an inconsistent binding order.
A common approach is to use heavy tension to find the binding pin, ease off to allow it to set, then increase tension again to find the next binding pin. Everytime you set a pin, the plug will rotate slightly and cause a new pin to bind.
@@McNallyOfficial interesting 🤔 I'll take note of that
He gave you life advice While unlocking a lock
I've been watching your videos for a while especially with the speed square training. Makes me wonder are you ex military?
Great 👍👍
I’m trying to master that quick pick action you do but it’s a hit or miss for me
He's using social skills as a metaphor to teach lock picking. This instruction would be informative if I had any social skills.
I think it would have been so cool for you to create content like action movie scenes with you doing your thing. And when are you releasing your own lock anyway?
Omgeebus you're flippin hilariously awesomeness
Can you do a video on those lockbox locks realtors use I wonder if it can be picked open.
Idk why but that cut had me dying
Any tips for a Oxford OF3 Boss Alarm Disc Lock?
Abloy, and Pisla make great locks, change my mind.

What is the toughest lock to pick from your experience?
I would love to see you do the lock on a coke/Pepsi vending machine. Or vending machines, laundry machines that take coins, those change machine at the laundry mat....a friend wants to learn more about the mechanics of basic quater machines. Thank you and your channel is badass. I appreciate you.
I need a video on the large master combonation locks
Nice. Got any tips on how to improve defense against lock picking
With great skill there will always come hurdles, is there any you have trouble with that you would recommend for security reasons?
May God bless you ❤
Damn hes giving life lessons now
What pick set would you recommend for a beginner without much money, pls note I live in Canada so it's harder to get stuff shipped.
Hmm I'm curious if you can pick a car's key holes especially the ones who aren't press and go yet
What locks do you recommend? Can a lock be “unpickable”?
Nobody's managed to pick the Bowley Rotasera yet and it's been out for a few years.
What lock should i use
Can you pick ultion lock which has 2000 pounds payback if burglar enters?
Watching all of this makes me wonder how accurate Fallout’s lockpicking is with a Bobby pin and a screw driver
i would love to see mcnally pick a squire stronghold
Going down a rabbit hole of watching your videos. So what is a good lock to have to secure my inclosed trailer housing my work tools?
From what my father told ne. A lock and key only keeps the innocent person out
So that’s what a master lock looks like, nice
I can't believe this young guy hasn't gone even more ballistic with subscribers. His knowledge is awesome and his sharp humour is SO entertaining !!! The LPL may be getting worried.
The LPL is his boss lol
Thanks! Now i got 2000 bottle caps and a new plasma rifle!
What is a good lock pick set for a little bit of everything padlocks, door locks, a bit of everything
Thanks
alright so i kept seeing your videos bout lock. but can you tell me or show how many locks you buy?
I have a new addiction
that ender was the ender of all enders
Hey quick question what is the best lock you can use
Hi
I was hoping there was a vid on master lock key safe but couldn’t find one.
Is this the unicorn in the master lock stable that can’t be opened??
Found you from shorts.
you make this look so easy. I have been trying and failing to learn picking for over 7 years. Have never successfully pulled it off.
I have a "credit card" lock pick set that was gifted to me. and thats it.
questions
Do i need to upgrade in order to have a chance or is this cheap set fine to start with?
Is there a recommended lock to start with that I can grab at the hardware store, 3-4 pins, no security pins, etc at 5-10 bucks? or is the only way to get started to get a see-through practice lock?
thanks.
The practice lock helped me a lot when I first started. After I understood what I was actually doing, it was pretty easy to crack the Chinese and cheap master locks in my junk drawer. I'm only now looking into buying a more advanced pick set for picking more advanced locks. Good luck, cheers!
I learned on the $5 Masterlocks. It'll take marginally more time to learn on those but it is entirely possible. The see-through ones are more of a luxury than anything.
The only real advantage to a see through lock is that you can tell which pins are overset, or still need to be set.
