I bought the 8k CL2 33ft version 2 days ago and while the package looked same the cable was black and didn’t have a jacket like the one in your video. I was thinking CL2 would be bette than “non CL2” version when neither actually says wall rated.. do you which version is better CL2 or non CL2 from wall rating perspective?

CL2 means in-wall rated. The cable in my video is very new and it’s not available in US/Canada yet. It should be available soon.

Most probably the voltage regulation.
