Tony Adams - Wireless operator, RAF Bomber Command

Flying Officer Tony Adams joined the RAAF and served as a wireless operator in heavy bombers, dropping supplies to the French resistance and bombing targets in Germany and occupied Europe in 1944.

If Tony is still with us, give him a hug from me. So glad he made it through, but his pain on losing his buddies is hard to watch. I am here because my dad lost his brother at 20 yrs, also a wireless operator, in 1944. I never got to meet my Uncle, so to hear Tony's memories is very important to me. Mr Adams is still doing a great service to Britain all these years later. Well done that man. X
