    Hello Everyone!
    We are back with a new recipe of Khasi ko Masu Fry. This goat meat recipe also known as Taas is very popular in restaurants all over Nepal. Today I am going to show you step by step how you can make this delicious Chitwan ko Taas at home. We need boneless goat meat to make this chitwan ko taas recipe. First of all we marinate the meat with several powder spices like: coriander, cumin, chili, garlic & ginger, garam masala, etc. and then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Next day we fry the meat on a thick bottomed iron pan on medium heat and serve it with puffed rice, green salad and some pickles.

    Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
    For marination
    800 gm boneless goat meat
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp kashmiri mirch
    ½ tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    2 tbsp garlic & ginger
    1 tsp homemade garam masala
    2 tbs mustard oil
    3-5 tbsp of cooking oil for frying
    Let the meat rest in the fridge overnight. If you can`t wait, let the meat marinate atleast 3-4 hours. If you do not have fridge, let the meat rest at room temperature but for maximum of 3 hours.
    serve this fried goat meat with puffed rice, green salad like carrot, cucumber, chili, radish, onion and lemon. Pickeled radish goes well with this recipe.
