  • Mutton Taas or just Taas is a popular goat meat cuisine from Nepal. It is the goat-meat marinated in species and herbs for hours and grilled over thick pan using mustard oil. This recipe was first introduced by one of the restaurant owner in Chitwan, a southern district of Nepal. The restaurant is very popular as BHETGHAT restaurant. Similar recipe is also found in some area of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh of India too.
    Taas is a set of grilled meat, puffed rice topped with crispy fried mix of garlic, ginger & green chili commonly called masala, radish pickle and some fresh salads.
