Welcome to iTripReport's flight reviews, which I focus on reviewing both the soft product and hard product of airlines around the globe. I strive to give you guys a first person perspective of different aspects of the flight. Including the ground service, onboard service, and those views that come with the flight. As you can see, I record quite a lot of the experience to make sure I record what you want to watch. As always, thank you so much for watching.
I hope Christina Applegate sees this
Lets give a quick shout out to Christina Applegate!
One of the best aviation channels on CZcams. Love the simplicity of this channel, staying core to delivering a formal, but fun and interesting trip report every time it gets posted! The simple text narration is perfect, and that intro is unique! No obnoxious nagging or anything, unlike what I’ve seen on a lot of aviation channels.
Literally there’s a select few in the aviation side whom I watch regularly, this is one of them easily!!!
Kinda weird hearing my voice over the radio lol
That really you ?

I really like the Embraer 175's, they're a solid plane. I've flown a few times between GEG & PAE, before covid. Can't beat a 40-45 minute flight! Plus the stunning scenery that the Pacific Northwest offers! Thanks for the video!
I’ve been on an ERJ 175 for 3 hours before. It’s a flight on American from SBA to DFW
Thank you so much for this video. I'm in the process of planning a trip to Calgary (Lake Louise) for my friend for her birthday in November. I was surprised when I saw that Alaska Horizon was flying the E175 out of Sea-tac for this flight and I had no idea about it and was unsure about its first class. You answered all of my questions! I will come back and let you know how it goes.
We are flying this June of 2020 going the other way, from Boise to Portland and then on to Honolulu to celebrate my wife's cancer remission. Our first big trip ever and we hope more to come! I was curious about the E175 and thinking about upgrading because of my wife's hip pain resulting from a couple years of chemo and radiation. Looks like the upgrade may be worth it. Thank you for the review and God bless you in future travels. Great job... T
We go to Fairbanks a couple of times a year to visit friends and Alaska Air started flying El Paso to Seattle last year. We are in first class on the E175 and find it comfortable. Flight attendants always courteous, that's an Alaska thing. The food has been very good to excellent. The oven makes a big difference. Fly American to Chicago and it's always a cold breakfast. When I fly myself I like the single seat but with my wife, we sit together. Another big plus it that it is relatively quiet and we can have a conversation easily.
This was a great video. I am flying first-class from Boise to San Diego round trip in July on the same type plane and airline. I was really stoked to see you were seated in 4A because that's were I will be seated. Thank you for this review.
Same for my LAX to BOI
Thanks bro! And awesome video!
Love it ! Thanks for sharing I haven’t flown Alaska yet ! But hopefully I will feel. Lax Los ángeles va to my native Costa Rica 🇨🇷 nice video nice aircraft love it 😊
I finally saw you and how you look😁... love your videos btw too.. i never miss one
Thank you very much, it was my first look at the E175 product from Alaska and really quite informative. I think its definitely worth consideration for a regional connection in the US. A nicely presented video. My best wishes for your channel. 👍
Your videos seem interesting, when promoting inside the airplanes, their food, VIP areas, and normal classes, also their food and drinks, and everything that exists in an airplane.
Congratulations, for making these videos, they entertain me a lot, greetings.
Beautiful and interesting report.
2:46 It’s the University of Alaska-Fairbanks plane. If that’s the same one (a Dash-8) it used to do regional hops around the state. I guess it eventually migrated south.
Fantastic aircraft, safe and quiet.
In PDX's opinion, you can never have too much green carpet.
Portland Airport is amazing and my favorite airport.
E-jets are my favorite regional jet to fly. Much more comfortable than CRJs.
My favorite as well.
Awesome video man
Regional jets have come a long way. This model is really comfortable (disclaimer - I fly first class). As a (mostly) solo traveler, I love the single seat. I have never had a problem getting one. I wish WiFi was just free. Signing in can be difficult sometimes, wasting time.
Thanks again
Great video.. flown Flybe E 175.. (RIP Flybe) in the wash room part of the video I noticed sunglasses. What make are they!? So cool!
I love your Joe & The Juice sticker!
I love my home airport, PDX
Love the Eric Andre Show reference 11:07
It only took a year for someone to notice 😂
Love those trusty Brother/Tandy daisy wheel printers!
Aloha! I appreciate the Boise landing shots. My son's household might be moving there from Portland. If I fly from Honolulu for a visit, now I can expect what to see, People like me flying from Hawai'i to the mainland are often left in the dark, if you catch my drift.
Haven't flown in one yet. The last time I went to Boise we flew in a twin Turbo Prop. And it was snowing in Boise....
The Delta connection 175s have ovens as well.
I will be flying one in May 2021.
I love your sweatshirt. Is it your own design?
Never flown in the E175, which is why I was looking up reviews and landed here. Was thinking of going to Billings and Alaska is about the only one that goes there with non-stops. Looks like your trip here all happened right before COVID hit. Very interesting the FA also worked for United?
Alaska used to fly Horizon air E175's as far as MSP from SAN. I think they still fly SkyWest planes to STL from SAN. That is a long flight for sure, but I think they manage despite the competition.
Now SAN-MSP has been discontinued for quite some time same with SAN-STL. I guess it is hard to compete with DL and WN which are very powerful in their respected airports.
Premium class has plenty of legroom also. I’m 5’ 10” and could stretch out with a normal-sized backpack under the seat.
I could just before the very end that it looks like some guys up in first class already unfastened their seatbelts and started to get up just before the seatbelt sign chimed off, lol!
+iTripReport First like
The reason (I think) the seats are so big with so much room is cause these guys fly this plane on 3+ hour flights.
I was actually going to book a flight on a E175. But you know, corona time...
Will be flying Alaska first class in a few weeks on the E-175.
Were you on a longer flight with meal service? . Still not sure what a "meal" might be in First on the E-175-. Hard to get a meal on any airline nowadays for anything other than coast to coast which won't happen on the E-175. Comments welcome if you got to experience that level of First Class. . Have an upcoming MCI-PDX flight - hence the interest - whether it's worth $200 extra for First. . Tnx if you get notice of this query and wish to speak of your flight.
can we see volaris from miami to mexico city
Question, do the legs recline in first class on this plane? We are taking one for a 4-hour flight in September and now I don't see that reclining first class is an option :(
do you have something about spirit airlines?
At 11:51, there are two fast moving white object !!! Anybody noticed, what are these? Great review of my favorite plane.
Interesting observation. A bird? Will look a lot faster with the plane moving in the opposite direction.
I watched so many times and asked some people about that. Most conclusion is that like you said birds flying opposite direction. Thanks for looking and reply.
Skrt skrt
lol at 7:10 on his log in you can see "fuck you" at the bottom XD
I'm going to Boise In 2 days.
Do you think it is worth $40 to upgrade from standard economy to the premium seats?
What time do you post a new video again? What country or state are you from? Make your video after you leave the airport or when you have connection Ok? I need it from coming Friday onward Okay? Please reply as fast as you can please?
Ahh, Portland b4 ANTIFA took over and burned it! Nice video, would have liked to see all first class rows, curious about the front and rear rows.
Bosh. The violence here was less than in some other cities-the difference being that the talking heads on FOX decided to make PDX the designated symbol of all that they dislike. .
I am sold - flying 1st class.
That sucks, sorry you had to fly on scabwest. If you're still alive you got lucky
I've lived across the river from Portland in Vancouver for almost 25 years, and while I have grown VERY tired of the region; I hate the weather and the politics, I do like PDX very much. It's a truly great airport, and I always appreciate the 142nd Fighter Wing with the OANG keeping the skies safe up here. My father has traveled all over the world and flies on business out of PDX frequently, and he tells me PDX is one of the best airports he's ever been in. Can't get much better endorsement than that!
Interestingly enough....my number 1 moving destination is Idaho, followed by Wyoming. Preferably sooner rather than later. Thanks for the video!
Why you gotta do Captain Marvel like that?
"I find a way to complain." 5400 second flight.
Your math is off, but I accept you.
Virgin America served me hot meals in 2017
Isn’t weird how Alaska’s hub is in Seattle?
Aren't there monitors like Delta that lets me see where the plane is?
Nope
😇😊but no more pre-departure drinks.
disgusting and a disgrace
Eggplanr
You travel a lot....
Andrew McDonald... $$$ lol
what primitive and lousy Service. a banana on LH you will be served a delcatessen meal on such a flight. NO CHAMPAGNE..No Nothing. Revolting
While enjoy such meal on a 30” slimline economy seat with the middle seat blocked, how fancy. Both US and Euro carriers do have their ups and downs, the days of meals on short flights is sadly long gone for us
I do prefer an elegant meal and champagne and NOT A BANANA.. That is cheap and primitive and stealing your Money out of your pocket..
I love the blocked middle seat…...and the champagne. This inflight product is of the lowest Quality. I would have been furoscious@@ITripReport
