Today I’m flying to all seven continents of the world, in the next seven days. From Australia in Oceania to North America and Asia. I’ll be trying a new first class product on each leg of the journey, so you’ll be able to see the difference between some of the worlds most exclusive luxury aviation products. Now this was of course not cheap, so I’ve included a breakdown of costs along with cheaper alternatives should you have more flexibility than I, and use airmiles.
Cost breakdown:
1. Doha - Sydney on Qatar Airways. Booked originating in Cairo for: £1,967
- Could have used 105k avios. Cash direct from Doha would be £7,808
2. Sydney - Tokyo via Singapore on Singapore Airlines. Booked for: £3,948
- Could have used 126.5k Krisflyer miles (saver award)
3. Tokyo - New York on ANA. Booked for: £4,467
- Could have used 85k Virgin Atlantic miles
4. Washington DC to London on BA. Booked for: 85k avios + £500
- Cash rate was £5,600
5. London to São Paulo on Air France. Booked for: £4726
- Could have used 89.5k Flying Blue Miles + £1.5k
6. Sao Paulo to Johannesburg on Emirates. 180k skywards + £987
- Cash rate was £9,251
7. Cape Town to Antarctica with White Desert £15,000
- No miles redemption possible
Total £32,595. Remaining £1000 paid for the remaining feeder flights shown in the video

The sheer number of questionable tin cans and rolling death traps you've crammed yourself into over the years to get to this point is staggering! For long time viewers, you've definitely earned this!
Ok geeking out this video is Awesome already ❤❤❤
Query.? With the pj's, do you get to keep them or are they laundered for the next passenger?
Do U work for NASA?
Maybe you could go on the Oasis of the seas👍
bro became the first person to travel all the 7 continents in the same outfit 💀
NASA 24/7 😂
I wanted to rip that tag of his sleeve sooo bad!
Guess you commented what I was about to 😅
He can't afford much clothing after all that travel 😂 I hoped he at least washed it
And from all band only Metallica did 7 continents concert. ;) that more interesting then someone with outfit. Head banging on mental of all 7 continents as a concert ha. Just imagine. Pigeon head banging. LOL
I don’t know how this guy managed to get me to randomly watch a 45 minute video of him doing nothing but flying to different continents and I enjoyed every minute of it 😂
Incorrect you was suppose to say but I enjoyed not and I enjoyed learn correct English
@@user-ty1rl3sd3r man shut up, just because someone is from another country or dont know how to perfectly speak english it dosent mean you need to be the most annoying person in the whole earth saying "leArN cOrReCt EnGlIsH"
I felt the exact opposite way, I felt bored after four minutes and slightly irritated by his voice 😢 I skipped to the end where he was putting on some work boots.
@@user-ty1rl3sd3r Do you feel better now? Picking apart one word in a comment that has nothing to do with you? I speak 4 languages. Nobody is dying because I chose to use the word “and” instead of “but”.
You must have a sad life. 🥴
Also “you was suppose to”?? Who needs to learn correct English?
Choke on it, troll.
@@user-ty1rl3sd3rThere's nothing wrong with his comment. In fact, you have some errors in YOUR comment lol.
1. "You was suppose" should be "You were supposed"
2. No quotation of text
3. No punctuation
Having champagne for breakfast on your pj’s in an empty bar on a plane surely is something 😂

New subscriber here. I love it that you blur other people's faces and you don't talk while filming like other vloggers do. Great job.
Except for the times where he talked while filming.
I can hardly afford to fill the tank of my car, let alone fly anywhere in ANY class. These videos are ULTIMATE escapism for me, thank you so much Will. I doubt you'll see this but I just wanted to know how much I enjoy and appreciate your content. Kind regards from New Zealand.
at least you have a car 😭😂😂
At least we can afford to watch the videos. So many people on this planet are so jealous of us, they're soooo poor compared to even the poorest American. Their ultimate escapism is dying early to get away from the poverty.
he saw it and he cares not sadly
Huhh, you have a car??😢
Are you interested in tech or healthcare? Some certificates or even short programs can radically change your life. I'm not sure where you are and I definitely don't know your life situations but I do wish that one day you can freely travel the world without financial worry.
The Singapore flights with that big cozy room and moving chair was my favorite. I would like to fly in that room! ✈️

Can't be certain, but after watching 3/4ths of this, and seeing him wear the same clothes throughout AND seeing how he collected (I assume) several pajamas, I'm guessing the suitcase he brought along was to keep the PJs, have changes of underwear & socks, and any other trivial item he might've needed. This would make sense.
Those are some expensive pj’s
Think he took all the mini toiletries home to give joy to any children in his family too 😂
@@karenstewart5407 when I was a kid i thought mini toiletries were the coolest
How did the Qatar airline do laundry on the plane? I was surprised how much alcohol served on an Arab airline.
Are you sure he changed his underwear? Why are you so sure?
After watching this video, I am so so EXCITED to start my adventure to flying First Class to every continent.
Yes so relatable! 🫡

@@user-ze3fq7hm8xHe was joking. He was talking about the fact that none of these YT shorts are relatable, it’s always some privileged content creator showing off the things that 99% of viewers can never acclaim.
@@stop8738 yea no shit it’s the internet
@stop8738 he's not really a dick about it tho, I think he does a great job of making it more of escapism rather than a flex
Wow, what an incredible adventure you're embarking on! Flying to all seven continents in just seven days is an extraordinary feat, and I can't wait to follow along on your journey. Thanks for including a breakdown of costs and alternative options - it's great to see transparency and practical advice for those who may be inspired to embark on similar adventures. Safe travels and looking forward to the amazing experiences you'll share with us!
I used to romanticize travel so much when I was younger (I still do, but it became a bit less glamorous after hundreds of flights over the years, most in coach)... and this video took me right back to that romanticism. I like that you also took the time to leave the airport and do something iconic/touristy in each continent. I have no doubt that it was a ton of work to experience and film yet you made it look truly effortless and enjoyable... very nice!
I can relate. I do feel lucky I've seen many places in the world, but at a certain point, I was just done with being cramped up in planes. Had to do a trip to Disneyland L.A (again). but 'gave' it to an intern. Couldn't be bothered being stuffed in a cigar for ten hours anymore. Do miss travel when I watch this.
Weird flex.

I had a couple of parents who were horrible human beings and thankfully not with us any longer and their only goal was to travel. They used me to pick them up and drop them off at the airport and upon return it was, check that off the list, and in the end they weren't any happier for the trips and all of the flying. Myself I'm not big on flying, don't sleep on them and don't care about fancy food or drink so this would have been wasted on me.
Having worked for Emirates for 6 years as a flight attendant, and working in the premium cabins, its so nice to see you rate us so highly!! Hopefully see you on board one day! 🎉🎉

Thanks for a wonderful tour. I enjoyed it and watched it till the end. Great video 👍 ❤
It’s crazy to think about it but this video is longer than most tv shows, if it was a tv show the budget would be massive, it would take 6 months and a crew of about 34, but… THIS IS MADE ENTIRELY BY WILL. In a couple weeks! Blows my mind. (Still a massive budget though) 🤣❤️
I dunno, this video might have cost more than a tv show to make with all those first class tickets
The average 45 minute documentary is about £80,000-£150,000. So this is very much cheaper than that! And that assumes it's part of a 6-part series. Otherwise you're looking at around £250,000-£300,000 for a one-off doc.
@@JayROwen I was joking 😂
I'm also wondering how he got the 3D models of the planes and those B-rolls during takeoff and landing.
@@gbalao8885 Stock footage in some cases, some from Will's own catalogue and there was one from a friend he mentioned.
I honestly think this is probably the most over-the-top video you’ve ever done, considering you have zoomed past Nonstop Dan, Josh Cahill, and many others. Nice to see your dad and Millie joining you. Happy holidays Mr. Trendy!❤️✈️

I’m so impressed! You did it! And I watched it all and enjoyed every aspect of your narrative ! I liked everything and wish that I could do it too! Will, you really know what you’re doing. I’ve never flown first class and probably never will (I’m 72), but I can travel with you. Keep onward my friend and safe travels! Cheers!!!!🥂
I have to say this was THE BEST vacation I have had in a long long time. Loved every minute!
I went around the world 35 years ago, first class was not so extravagant then, but there was much less people in airports. Everything was smoother, I paid $ 40 000 then, but that included 26 nights in hotels
Remember looking for my husband in 1971 from a flight from Rio de Janeiro at 07.00 in the morning at Amsterdam airport; not a soul let alone a coffee to be had and he was the only one to get off before it went on to Frankfurt. Times have changed??? No times have gone mad.
Nice..need a wife?😅😅
Did you really believe he paid this? Lmfao

I think $40k 35yrs ago worths like 400k today? ( or even more?)
This honestly feels like it could be a capstone for the channel. We even got scenes with dad and Mille! What an incredible journey. Thanks as always for bringing us along with you Will!
I never watched anything like this but i keep watching this guy fly and float back and forth around the world. Good on you for doing what you love, brother. You might have to do a behind the scenes video one day so we get a better view on how to attain this kind of life.
Oh, i just watched another episode where you took your pops with you on the Orient Express. Good on you for taking him and Millie with you. 🤙🏾
Just like others said it, why did I spent all this time watching this, well, the guy was well spoken, concise, not waffle, and curiosity made me stay all this time to the end, thanks mate, now let's hope I win the lottery so I can emulate you, good wishes

For me personally, I don't enjoy spending the majority of a 7-day journey on an airplane. However, your videos have presented the value of flying services, expanding my horizons. Thank you very much!
Somehow extremely entertaining and fun to watch this. Perfect right before bed. Amazing video!!
You got me going with wvery minute of your trip! Its was a great adventure ❤
The helicopter flight from JFK (originally Idlewild airport!) to the centre of New York was very popular in the sixties. The oddly tomb stone shaped sky scraper was iconic and featured in the intros of many movies in those days. I think the operators were PanAm. It's nice to know that such a service has returned, which I will definitely use the next time I visit New York.
As someone who has visited friends in Brooklyn... I was green with envy seeing that. I had to take a bus to a train, to another train. 2 hours later you've arrived!
Yeah but the PanAm building from the 60s isn't anymore (now MetLife).
@Hollandsemum2 I don't think it's Metlife any more...

I'm actually underwhelmed by the price. Disregarding antarctica, around the globe in first class for just over $20,000 (and the leg of detour in Dubai) is surprisingly "affordable".
Same, I was thinking this would've been more close to the 100k mark.
Same, I was surprised it was that cheap.
20k is cheap?!?😂
Well, when you think in terms of what you are getting, the price tag is not as much as I would have thought. Having said that, no, I cannot afford this trip at this time. (I woould rather go to one spot and stay for a piece.) @@Milo-Mike

Great video! Always wanted to see how it is in first class. The flight to Dubai seems the most luxurious of them all.
Hi Will, so pleased you made Johannesburg one of your destinations. I am also happy you and your Dad went on a safari trip while here. Best regards from Johannesburg.
I just love how Will doesn’t blast anyone, shame any crew, or do clickbait titles and thumbnails - just solid content that stands for itself.
Well done! Keep up the good work 👍 ✔️
totally agree, a few aviation youtubers seem to use the title to slander the airline or crew or both for click and views, the name of one is even mentioned in the video; I still watch their content
@@n1msu you mean they actually tell the truth about flying in cattle class. Too much for your delicate sensitivities is it?

@@Ellisf1 relax bro, the internet is full of lies and if you write your opinion you'll just be called jealous, at the end of the day he's been there and we haven't.
This is an edited video and he didn't say 'consecutive days' for people complaining!
It's the AI text to speech voiceover based on his voice that I find uncomfortable; but still, excluding my moan... even if he is featuring old content who cares, he's been there which is more than some of us peasants can say! If anybody has lots more time to complain about a video like this, perhaps get a job as you have too much time on your hands...
What are you talking about? He has had plenty of critical comments about flight and crew in his other videos. Just because this was positive doesn’t mean it always is. There is nothing wrong with giving honest reviews and that includes pointing out when the crew or flight isn’t up to par.

I work in travel and seeing the cost breakdown was impressive - minus the Antarctica flight, you managed to fly to 6 continents in first class for a very reasonable fare (and also with different alliances!). This has definitely confirmed that Middle Eastern & Asian airlines seem to have a very good eye for what a luxury traveler is after when flying. Thanks for this, and the tips that I can translate to my job haha

this is my dream.... I LOVE to fly and haven't flown since I was a teenager and definitely not first class but for yearssssss I have dreamed of flying first class to many countries with no interest in staying in any one of them more than a day.... I know it will never happen but its so amazing to see.
This is not the regular first class sevice
I have been fortunate to be able to fly on A 380, a340, 747, 787, and my absolute favorite 777. Flew from Atlanta to Perth on a A380. I got up and walked around the A380. While i was walking i snuck up to 1st class. My wife was in front. Suddenly she started walking fast. She turned around looked at me with a crazy look on her face and pointed to a suite. I glanced in as i walked by,right there these two were going for the mile high club gold medal. So much so as i walked by the door flew open. She was on her knees. The guy never missed a beat. He smiled at me and i helped him clase the door. He even wanted a fist bump. I obliged and kept walking! You just gotta love people! I did take advantage of the shower facilities onboard the 380. Not bad. Kinda small. Decent water pressure. My advice, use only if you need to.
My overall ratings for all 4 aircraft on a scale of 1to5:
Boeing 747: 3
Boeing 777: 5
Boeing 787: 4
Airbus 340: 3
Airbus 380: 4
Why a 5 for 777?
Speed comfort convenience. Just my favorite airliner. I hope they get the kinks out of the 777x.
