I made many tweaks to how I play the console version of Miami.
    DROPOFF SKIP
At 0:10, instead of continuing the spiral on the ground (which would've led to me dropping off 727 passengers), I jump out of the spiral so that I can execute another cycle of the route and pick up more passengers to make my bus longer.
    PART THAT I EXECUTED SLOPPILY
-At 1:57, there's no more room to my left to smoothly fit in any more lanes.
-I either forgot there wasn't any more room or was feeling overconfident because at 2:10, I tried (and failed) to fit in another lane.
-At 2:10-2:33, I was able to get away with the above misplay by using my jump and boosts.
-At 2:05, I should've turned left instead of going straight. From there, transitioning into the next part of the route would've been smoother and executed like what I did in the following timestamped link: • Snakeybus Miami 2274 (...
-When jumping/transitioning out of the spiral at 2:33, quickly have your bus face right to ensure your bus doesn't come to a dead stop against the side of the building. This tip also applies to the smooth execution from the timestamped link.
    ROUTE TIPS
-At 0:16, don't be left of the second farthest out tree when you turn into the water. If you're left of this tree and you're in the water, you'll be considered out of bounds and the game ends.
-At 0:33, be barely right of the column and at 0:38, be barely right of the median strip. Doing both these things ensures there's a good amount of space on both your left and right side for future parts of the route.
-At 0:43, don't drive on the sidewalk so that there's space for transitioning out of the spiral.
-At 0:54-1:03, the spiral is small and tight. So hold the brakes and drift almost the entire time. The left dip after driving past the building at 0:57 helps with this spiral.
-At 2:41, it's fine to drive on the sidewalk. I didn't in this instance because the buses I drove underneath at 2:40 prevented me from doing this smoothly.
-At 2:44, it's a good idea to drive just right of the streetlight. I didn't in this instance but it's a good idea because sometimes the streetlight gets knocked down and stays on the ground, which can cause you to drive out of the spiral when you do the inner lanes.
-At 3:38, refer to the bus stop shelter (and pickup zone if passengers are there) for timing when to boost onto the glass roof.
*At 3:45, I boost onto the monorail. The monorail can be tricky to drive on due to its narrowness. When I drive on the monorail, I try to keep any corrections slight and I drift when I do the turns. If you want to incorporate the monorail ride into your game play, practice driving on the monorail before and in between real runs to develop and maintain a feel for it.
-At about 3:52 when you're straightened out from the turn, switch to first person. The reason for this is because at 3:54, there's a slight height difference where the two tracks intersect, which can make this turn a little bumpy. At least for me, being in first person makes this turn feel more comfortable to do.
-At 3:52-3:56, be centered on the black tracks (or at worst, slightly left). I've had smoother right turns than the one at 3:56 where I was noticeably tilted.
-At 4:20, refer to the crosswalk on the ground to your left (or where this crosswalk would be if your buses happen to cover up this crosswalk) for timing when to jump onto the building.
-At 6:12 when you make the turn, sometimes your bus gets tilted, which can mess up the trajectory for the jump out of the spiral. So to ensure the jump goes smoothly, turn left at 6:13 to make sure your bus doesn't stay tilted or won't tilt.
-At 6:21, refer to the building that's the closest to the road so that you can leave a good landing space on your left for the jump out of the beach spiral at 0:10.
-At 6:23, pay attention to the trees on the sidewalk. Drive through the fourth closest tree when you turn into the water. When driving in the water, don't drive too much to the left so that there's room to drive in the water at 0:16-0:23 during the transition to the next part of the route.
    ENDGAME PLAN
-At 12:01, I make the last major dropoff.
*Ideally when you make the last major dropoff, you want to have the maximum number of passengers to maximize your length. I didn't have the maximum number of passengers here though because I decided I was close enough. I didn't want to go through one more cycle of the route just to pick up only 126 more passengers.
-My plan after making the last major dropoff was to continue the spiraling path on the ground (which I do at 12:01-12:20) until I could no longer do so and then drive on top of the beach spiral buses (which i do at 12:20-13:22) until my bus fully extends.
-At 13:35, I dropped off more passengers and increased my length by three buses. This wasn't something I planned to do. It just worked out that way.

Thanks Light! And yep I still play as I got things left to do this in this game. Specifically, I'll do the following things and get them done at about a rate of every 2-4 weeks like I have been:
-Get improved scores I'm satisfied with for three PS4 maps (Cave, Coriolis, Seattle) so that all my PS4 runs have full run videos for them
-Improve scores for five PC maps (Intersect, Miami, Paris, Ring, Seattle); For Ring, I will incorporate the large area on the ground into the main route. The other four maps, I'll use routes based on my more recent PS4 runs because the more recent PS4 runs efficiently uses the map space better than the routes that are used in my current PC world records for them.

@@light772sandwich Thanks Light! I haven't really worried about what content to do for this channel after I'm done with those Snakeybus goals. I don't really feel the need though to find another game where I'll regularly upload content. I'm not going to try seeking out another game like that but if I happen to stumble into a game like that, then cool and I'll go from there. If I have gaming moments and accomplishments I feel like uploading, then I'll do that. If I go long periods of time without uploading something, then that's not a big deal to me as I have other things I enjoy doing too besides play video games with the intent of uploading content.

@@light772sandwich Astro's Playroom does look like a fun game and I would love to learn from you! I don't have a PS5 though. I haven't thought about getting a PS5 because of being content with the PS4 I have. Maybe at some point in the future, I will and I'd definitely let you know about it. Grinding runs to add to Astro's Playroom speedrun leaderboards would be fun to do, even when the runs themselves aren't records.
