► About The Game...
Airport CEO is a tycoon and management game in development for PC and Mac where you take the seat as a CEO of your own airport. You will build the airport’s infrastructure with everything from runways and taxiways, gates and aprons to constructing terminals with check-in, security, restaurants and shops. You will manage the business perspective of the airport by hiring employees and executives, making deals with airline companies and making sure that ends meet by keeping an eye on budget and resources.
You will have to cater to the passengers by keeping waiting time to a minimum, by having friendly and helpful staff around and by making passengers feel secure, keeping any potential incidents at bay; a happy passenger is a spending passenger. Hopefully you won’t run into any problems such as stressed out employee, equipment breakdowns or bad weather which can cause massive delays or even emergency landings. You will be held accountable when things go wrong and filthy rich when things go right.
Running an airport
Your objective is to build and manage your airport to perfection by making strategic decisions, designing the optimal airport layout and ultimately making sure that your passengers and airlines are satisfied. You will need to build the entire airport from scratch including terminal foundations with floors, walls, doors and items as well as the airport infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons and other airport infrastructure. Everything in Airport CEO is deeply simulated and it is your job to make sure it all runs smoothly and with a positive bank account.
Airlines
Airlines and their travelers are an essential element of Airport CEO as they consist of the main source of your airport’s income. Signing contracts with airlines bring cash-flow and passengers to your airport which in term means opportunities for receiving different service fees, as well as passenger expenditures. Airlines come in different sizes and have different requirements on your airport and the services you offer, you are responsible for not only planning the flight schedule but also for meeting and maintaining the needs. Occasionally you will need to handle emergencies and delays due to bad weather or accidents in the area, all which will put your management skills to the test.

If the Olympus lounge experiment fails you can always just revert it back to an any airline stand and lounge and try again when you add in any new stands as part of an expansion. Don't forget you can also build a second floor to hold your lounges so they are not having to be fitted into a walk way space.
You need to add another level so you can make gates and offer better views than on the ground 😅
Your airline satisfaction being bad might be because your flight separation is 15 mins. It's the separation between flights on each stand, not flights landing, and 15 mins is too tight and allows for basically no delays at all, 100% punctuality.
Since you started this series it made me get back into Airport CEO and I have once again became addicted to it so thank you for that.
Here are alittle tips that I have learned from playing:
Airlines satisfaction revolves around the planes being able to have a full turnaround at your airport in the time they have assigned. If the plane does not land on time or is delayed or does not get all services it requires it decreases the satisfaction leading to less flight.
If you click the Gear Icon above the game speed it gives a more in depth overview of each flight such as passengers transport to the airport, ones past through security, etc.
Having more time between each flight allows for delays that do not effect the next planes flight.
Each plane regardless if its at a stand or not will hold that stand till it takes off leading to longer delays if they cant leave as fast enough
I would recommending since you have a HUGE need for janitors and ramp agents just hiring everyone to get the task down (you can train them in the staff tab too)
I would recommend in the same tab in which you research there are tasks that you can place administers to work to increase efficiency and relations this is EXTREMELY helpful
The computer stand point after you get to a certain size airport every time it auto saves it pauses that game and take awhile to save that is just part of it and there is no way around that sadly

Its better if you plan lounges on the next floor. or have gateways to aircraft in next floor.
You should make jetways in the aircraft stands (medium and large)so that passengers can get faster in the airplane and save money by not having stair trucks.

I have been stuck in Belfast City Airport (CFN) for so long. I've been waiting for my connection flight to Omaha (OMA.)
However, fortunately, the restaurants and flight schedule screens provide tons of entertainment.
If the international terminal isn't connected to the main terminal will the janitors be able to get there?

For the airline lounge, you used the wrong desk I think or maybe add more information desks outside of the lounges

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for Emerald County. I first came to your channel after this series had finished, so did not see it at the time. However I have been seriously ill over the last week and needed something soothing to watch. Whilst maybe not the best thing you have done, it is definitely the prettiest. I also love the choice of music that you used during the various montages, you did building the main city.
Keep on improving man. Can't wait to see what you do with CS2.☘☘☘☘☘☘

I think your infrastructure on the international airline side needs to be upgraded to asphalt, you're currently using concrete?
Add De-Icing and Repair-Maintenance services to raise airline reputation?
I think (although not sure) that you need to make the stand close to the lounge into a company stand as well.
If I remember correctly, there are some transport belt things for passengers somewhere in the game?

I like this video, however for future maybe put the airline lounges on a second floor so they can have a veiw of the planes, especially if there is no planes for jet bridges. Thanks!

I think it’s the aircraft stand quality that is tanking the infrastructure quality. When you clicked on the Olympus stand at one point, it was at 40%
The game pauses for a sec or two when auto saving. Not because of your PC, btw.

I've only had the gaming rig I use at the moment for a handful of years, and have upgraded the GPU in it a couple times already - and CPU once, I think! The PC I use for recording though... it's pretty darn old these days, but since it's not running games and only handled rendering/encoding, it doesn't need upgraded all too much! :)
I think clxgaming computers should sponsor your next video. They should let you get 2 "build-your-own" computers as payment.

I think you need to press 'G' on your keyboard to see your flight status's... you have to many flights per day and tjere all delayed (that's why your airline satisfaction is poo)
Airport ceo is CPU hog coz of the path finding, its an issue once your airport gets bigger
