Cruise seems like such an astonishingly detached human being. He lives so far from the real world. 😅
Well, I mean… he is detached from normal life. But as far as detached celebrities go, Tom Cruise is one of the only people in Hollywood that still makes good films and does all of his own stunt work, so he puts his life at risk in all of these films to entertain people and genuinely loves it. He’s also known for loving, and going out of his way to meet and mingle with, his fans.
So regardless, he’s still one of the very few celebrities that are not gigantic pieces of filth. And bonus points for being the last action star who holds enough sway to overrule overtly woke garbage from his films.

It’s amazing how his face can change to resemble who he is imitating.
Check out Seth Rogen's version of meeting Tom Cruise. Seth and Judd Apatow had a meeting at Tom's house, and Tom was like "if you give me 20 minutes, I could sell you on this Scientology thing," and Judd was like "maybe later, let's stay on topic, I have a thing I have to go to after this."

He's has a way of getting his face to look exactly like his impressions.
That's actually a major key to nailing an impression; you should try to make your face, mouth, neck and mannerisms as close to the person you're impersonating as possible, as a lot of the "sound" of your voice is *resonance* - ergo, you should shape _your_ "instrument" as closely to theirs as possible
