If your controller won't connect and is just flashing white. Go to settings / devices / blue tooth device / and hold the ps button and the share button and it should see your controller/ select it/ this is my issue adding a new controller.
When i press any of the first 5 option it return me back from the first like i did nothing please help me

I get it to the safe mode page but then it doesn’t let me move up or down to click any option. So I’m stuck on the option to only restart when I’m told I have to go to option 5 but it doesn’t let me me to option 5. So now what do I do to be able to move to other options?

Try a different cord! That happen to me when I would try that! I used a random cord that I had laying around but didn’t work. Just try different chargers and it should work! Hope this helps!

joec8842 Bro, Unfortunately no. The PlayStation safe mode menu isn't designed to fix trophy syncing issues. While safe mode is helpful for troubleshooting serious system errors, trophies are a separate function.☺️

mryoutube3111 Bro, No, it doesn't have to be a wired controller to put a PS4 into Safe Mode. You can use a wireless controller as well, as long as it's properly synced with the PS4 console.😊

I'd thought I'd let y'all know that there are different models of the PS4. Like mine didn't have the power button like his, but a thin power button like horizontal strip you had to press and hold.
