Seipai class with John & Scott 16 Jan 2012

This morning's Seipai class with John & Scott - a bit of my Seipai was captured on an iPhone. The saying goes that, "it takes a lifetime to perfect a kata...". I work this and 3 other kata pretty much daily, and at 44 (probably the half way point) I am sure that I will not have enough time to get there. The age old saying, "it is the journey not the destination", makes up for that. And certainly that post-workout feeling of a worked body makes it all worthwhile.
