    Just diagnosed with type 2 I'm worried dont know much about it and dont know where to start with treatment... please help me

      Lose weight, and the diabetes will go away - it's as simple as that. I did it by reducing my carbs, cutting out snacks, and not eating after 6pm (one form of intermittent fasting), but any method will work. Twenty pounds might be enough, and should at least show a significant improvement. You can watch your progress by measuring your blood pressure, which will gradually come down.

      @@Alan_Clark iv no weight to lose I'm already on bp tablets and cholesterol tabs im a very fussy eater...thanks for the advice

    Whatever you do stops eating carbohydrates and sugars,lover weight and drink water and don’t worry to much.

      Unfortunately, ignorance of reality does not make it go away. Just try to step off a high building without worrying about it. Someone I know did exactly that. He is no longer alive. That isn't much of a problem for him, but it is for his parents.
