@@diandirk3423 well actually… not all trout are anadromous. Additionally, those species that are i.e. Steelhead/Rainbow trout, don’t necessarily have to complete that life cycle to reproduce.
What I mean is that not all individuals of that species will swim out to ocean. An adult breeding pair of rainbow trout that have never been to the ocean can produce offspring that eventually do. Then, that steelhead can turn around and spawn with another steelhead and in turn produce rainbow trout that spend their whole lives in freshwater ecosystems.

I was in the airbourne infantry for 4 years, excersize 24/7.....alot more than this guy ever does....100 mile road marches with 70 pounds on my back.....climbing ropes, pull ups for an eternity....never looked like this guy nor did anyone else around me.

They definitely don't look like this guy, that's %100 roids but what do you mean you exercise 24/7? That's just dumb you can't exercise 7 days a week and expect to grow you need days for your muscles to repair. If you just benched 3 days a week and did squats on a different 3 days, 1 day off and ate like a horse you could get huge. I gained 60 pounds in the last year

Chris is hilarious and he is right! I've been lifting weights for 10 years and I'm a big dude but look healthy.. These guys roll up and 18 months later they look like this guy... It still take loads of hard work and dedication (especially diet) But don't be fooled he's on those Mexican supplements.. He will die young, If you look at his face you can see the affects of the steroids already. He's a really cool guy though.
