    Hey Tommy. Loving the videos! Would love to see a video deep diving into how you plan your social media content or something like that. I really struggle with coming up with ideas and/or knowing where to start with creating content.

    Tommy i just recently found you. Great inspiration and phenominal physique for a runner. Ive been into the bodybuilding stuff too but for quite some years also started running half marathons and marathons and dropped in bodyweight 👌. Salute

    Great Vid Tommy! Do you map out your rides before you go or just head out and make it up as you go? Nearly looks like the GC Mara route

      I usually have an idea mapped out in my head but then just decide while I'm riding.

    Hey man!
    I wanted to ask what your goals/plans are body compositionwise.
    Because of hybrid training you are off course doing strength and endurance combined.
    Are you eating to maintain weight to be as light/lean as possible or are you still bulking now and then? How is this relating to strength training. Are you still getting stronger or are you maintaining your strength at the moment?

      Goal with training and my body is just to maintain muscle bro. I go through phases where I put muscle back on naturally when I’m not doing huge amounts of cardio. I’m happy where my body is at so I’m not fussed on getting any bigger than this at the moment.

    I know this video was posted a month ago so maybe you won’t see this comment but I’m just curious if there is a reason why most bikers always bite the white line in the bike lane and not ride their bike in the middle or closer to the curb line as opposed to the line closer to the car lane. Just curious but I do notice that like 9 outta 10 bikers I see always do that and I’m just curious if there was a reason for that. Thanks, and appreciate the videos ☀️👍

    food looks good especially the last meal mixed with veges
    & have u tried not taking any supplements before? & just on food u already have?
    c if it makes any difference
    anyways thats cool u have course & not doing the 9-5 anymore
    i did jobs alot shitty as a labourer all my life & injured myself quite badly lifting heavy items which effected me mentally & physically with my workouts also struggled finding jobs for years & 2023 was bad for me
    but definitly i want at least 6-8 months work to start my own thing & social media with new laptop lighting,monitors & doing maintaince on my face & body as i wana look good & feel good exposing myself on camera
    but im learn new skils so i dont have to spend much like my health 10-15k i know if i learn it myself is roughly 2-3k saves me alot more
    same with engineering,cyber,machanic,building & drawing & animating so i dont spend on video editors & camera people im aware alot of youtubers need a team i would eventually but alot of it i wana do myself so if goes wrong i know i have myself to blame taking full responibility keep u alert
    but yes working 9-5 sucks i had to many issues in workplace i dont like talking to much nor trying care to much i dont like putting on a fake act all day long isnt healthy nor is the work we doing healthy
    y i wana finish up coz im sick as well with arthitis & lungs & other issues im 35yrs old also
    b good to have full control of things
    i would probably wana get me some cannabis seeds after 3-4months work as side income gotta wait till september to grow it tho is best season ive never done it before
    & other things i wana do is express myself more honestly & being more naughty living life on my terms
    making my own cars not refilling petrol anymore , hooverboards flyin over cars & taking tones more shortcuts & having my own law enforcement data base on tones of people out there where i find them quite efficently & get to bust bad guys when im bored as i know it would b a hobby of mine in future & doing extreme stuff as i dont like listening to much
    & mayb enhencing my running & strength where i make places like DRAGON BALL Z hypbolic time chamber 1 day on the outside is 1 year inside & graivty is different & also making efficent things to heal body if u seen FREQUENCIES in how it can HEAL apparently PARAPELGICS i wana heal broken bones super efficently in future & other weird stuff once i make my own lab
    run like FLASH in future haha
    nah but i dont wana rely on government as much as possible wana b as independant
    9-5 culture sucks
    alot i knew had work waaay longer then me 20yrs alot had spending issues is y they still doing the 9-5
    1.DRUGS $250-$600
    2.GAMBLING $200-$800
    3.FOOD $200-$300
    alot didnt have to pay rent to there parents they could spend all there money
    im not friends with anymore so i can think of them like such plus i could do tone of them if i wanted & better at sports plus i know alot of there guys a meow meows they dont know tactical thinking & weapons & cyber like i will

    but bike road looks dangerous as ive heard so many have been hit by cars & trucks awesome ride tho
