@@NoahOhlsen always enjoy them! this may sound like nothing from someone you have never met but i truly look up to you so much. your personality and attitude is so positive and i sadly didn't find your channel until I was in a dark place. with your inspiration, I am in a much brighter place now but I always wonder how different things could have been if i had started to try to emulate your attitude in my life earlier. You are more than an inspiration to just me, too, and i hope you know that.

I associate gymshark with people and influenza who just want to look good, do half reps, but take a lot of weight. Performance is of little interest, the main thing is to look good. For me, that somehow doesn't go together with CrossFit. Seeing Noah in between is strange 😂 but okay, maybe I'm wrong ...
