It's actually a deeper puzzle than that! 1 - -1=2. One minus negative one equals two. Or 1 + 1 = 2

It blew my mind when he said he had never seen a turkey drawn from a hand. In America, that is the only way you ever see a turkey drawn.
For the last puzzle, do what you did at 20:11 but put it higher up so that you can slip underneath it to get the key, then jump on the remains of the cell door, from there on the copied black bit and then up into the tunnel.

Ya exactly use copy of green plus black step, green goes half way up the door so you have three steps up to the tunnel after the key
Hand turkeys are a very American thing. Around Thanksgiving time, schools often have young children make them to take home. It's just arts and crafts for children.
So the jailbreak one requires you to take a portion of the grass along with a segment of the wall like you did, just under 2 blocks high in total, you need to bring this to the door but higher up and just enough up that the top of the copied wall will allow for reaching the tunnel, the grass will allow escape and to reach the key and then you platform up to the tunnel and to the grass.
Regarding the mole one, you first have to make a platform between the left and middle mole and make sure there is a gap large enough of just over a block wide, then use the copy function take a portion of the created platform and the moles platform and slot it on either side of the hammers shaft and make sure its under 2 blocks high, then you can clear this mission.

I've always thought of hand-turkeys as a normal childhood thing, but I realize now that it's probably a mostly american thing.
We did it for doves rather than turkeys in International Day of Peace, here in Spain.
No Turkey Day in other countries.. well, except for Turkey i suppose, but they just call them days.
We did something similar in school back in the day, which quickly becomes nearly 30 years ago. In Norway I should add.

8:54 for the whackamole make the bridge on the left side, then instead of copying the bridge copy the gap between the bridge and the mole's platform. That way you'll have two bits of block with a space in the middle.
last puzzle... copy the entire white tunnel from across the top, plus extra on either side of it. Paste it half in and half under the level of the cell door. Should be able to slide under the door, grab the key, then move all the way back to the green.
What's crazy is... paint can definitely be a level designer for this. The dev surely didn't have to actually build a level designer. You just need to know the hex colour for each type of pixel
EDIT: okay, I guess you need some tool to help you define where the tools are, can't really just draw them in paint, unless the game code literally recognized a button by the exact pixels of it, but that would be an odd implementation

Copy the green square with some black onto the upper portion of the cell door with enough room to slip through.
Last puzzle; copy a square of the green. place it at the top corner of the jail just above the lock. then you can get to the key and then jump onto the remains of the door to get on the roof.
This is so creative! I feel like I'm going to be getting another game after seeing it on your channel. It can live with Mini Motorways, Cities Skylines and Railbound in my Steam Library in a folder marked "Not for architects" =P

I would say, do what you did at 20:20 but include that little bit of the floor with the squiggle just place it a bit higher then you can use that as a step to get up higher to the tunnel

there are a few puzzle games where, because of how my brain works as an individual, i find some levels insanely hard due to how my thinking patterns are and maps that are hard for others are dogshit easy for me. its just the whole individual aspect of people being different mentally.

I think you had the right idea at 20:12 but instead of putting the copied bit on the floor, move it up higher, cutting into the middle or top part of the gate, so the black bit you copy acts as a platform to get into the tunnel.

last puzzle: i would copy the bottom half of the sun together with the bottom right corner of the top bar. place the sun over the bottom half of the jail door to get out. and the corner bit should allow you to pass under and then jump on to escape. if that doesnt work then im honestly stumped. 10 minutes of gears spinning and thats all i got.
edit: nvm. just realized you cant copy blue. plus i read some of the comments and realized im blind.
also, i got flashbacks of the drawing program on my old 93 macintosh. i made games on it. i played pinball a lot, but the easiest games to make were board games. i had to use a lot of imagination to play the other games i made on it. but each shape being its own object made it easy, and imagining the physics and dragging the objects with my mouse made it way easier.

For the last one, when if you copied a part of the door, but a bunch of the white, then covered the original door with the white while making a jump up spot next to the key? It looks like you can fit between the horizontal bars in two locations if the first small section was cut vertically in half.
That last one you got the right idea with the green and black, you just needed to lift it up 2 blocks.
"I've never seen turkeys drawn out of hands" seemed surprising to me, then I remembered you're a Brit. In the US, basically every K-2nd grade in any elementary school during November does this.

The Whack a mole level.
Build a block to get up to the guy on the left.
Then copy the right hand bit of that block and a bit of the platform the middle guy is standing on ( and obviously the space in between )
Place the space below the exit and the 2 bits of platform so you can get onto the middle and right platform 🙂
This is v similar to the gapped platform you did over the test tube later on.
I came up with it at the time though before I'd seen that 🙂

This reminds me of Microman. A dos game from back in the day. That was just a side scroller game, but the perspective looked similar enough.
The last one I think you copy the grass, a bit of the jail floor and a bit of its wall to make a stair on the other side.

0:11 I don’t know which Windows Version you have running but for Win 10 and 11 there is a little freeware tool called “Retrobar”. It will bring back the classic Style Start Button and Taskbar Style. It is customisable how far you want to take the conversion

Aaah you almost had it and then you left? (1st folder?). You had a flying platform on the left and would've only needed the stairs you did before on the middle, but for the right green one with the copy tool. I think this solves it 😅

About having a kid. It's not only that she's sneezing onto you. Kids meeting with other kids they infect each other, so kindergartens are big hubs of germs and diseases. It's a known phenomenon that, when your kid goes into care service with other kids whole fam gets sick for a month or two until you get your immune system up to date with everything.
