@@Crime-and-War-news Czechia has same stage director as last year. They always have good light show and staging. And Vesna said that they will have very similar costumes from music video.
this was competition produced by a CZ national television so as there were lots of contestants they were were very on budget, after they won u can alreay see the upgrade on the quality of the music video

This song is extremely hard to perform live . It sounds so powerful in the studio version that it builds so much expectations .Sadly they will not pull it on stage :/
For what it's worth, the audio quality in ESCZ was low-par so, given the circumstances, I think it sounds as good as it could here. I'm sure it will be better at Liverpool.
This song has so much potential to get the Czech Republic's highest ever result in Liverpool. As someone who is half-czech I am so glad that Vesna will be representing the Czech Republic. The music video is the most poetic and brilliant music video I've ever seen, everytime I rematch I find some new metaphor that I didn't notice before. I think this live performance doesn't do the music video justice, but I trust there will be improvements in Liverpool. Přeju vám mnoho štěstí z Irska

They're limited by their group size meaning they won't really be able to have any backing dancers.
But they should definitely bring in the aesthetics of the music video. Outfits and makeup would elevate the performance.
I trust that they can come up with something creative for the ESC staging. These girls have a good artistic eye.

I am disappointed by the music trends, this really sucks. :)
They NEED to make a performance out of this or it won't go well. Forget about the instruments, it's just not that type of song you expect from a band, it works better as a group. They should dress exactly as they do in the video and have a choreography with a lot of great visuals. Since they are limited by their number, they could have the dancers or something referencing them on the LED screen. Maybe practice the purple stick tricks from the video so the girls in the back can perform them instead, that's an amazing element to have. I really, REALLY hope they upgrade their performance (and have queer people in their production team, 'cause this is so dull as it is)

I really don't understand people who are crying in the comments because the staging is bland. Do you seriously expect them to stage the song like this in Liverpool? 😒 Come on, it's pretty obvious this low budget version is for national final only and they're only showcasing their singing abilities.
Se vší úctou k ostatním soutěžícím, pokud nepojede do Liverpoolu Vesna, tak si fakt vůbec nezasloužíme v ESC být. Je to song, který má tak neskutečný potenciál uspět jak u diváků, tak i u poroty. Asi nebude náhoda, že se Česko vyhouplo u bookmakerů na páté místo po zveřejnění toho songu. Já ho absolutně zbožňuju a můj hlas už holky dostaly. Buďme rozumní. Song od Vesny je skutečně seriózní vyzyvatel pro všechny zúčastněné země. Hodně štěstí holky, jste nesmírně sympatické, velmi šikovné a byl bych hrdý, kdyby jste nás reprezentovali na Eurovizi.

Really impressive how even in this small stage performance they know how to throw focus on the lead singer, accentuate with really effective choreographed moments, creating an overall picture for what could seem like a busy track. Huge potential. Has to win ESCZ.

i think if the Czech delegation gets a really good stage designer and choreographer and show their true vocal power ln the stage, especially with that chorus, they will win the whole thing by miles. this has so much potential, i just think this needs some polishing on the live performance. i did here some speculation that some of them were sick tho so that may be why they weren’t as vocally powerful as in the studio version

Máš pravdu... Je to štýl súčasného razenia Eurovizie v posledných 3 - 4 dekádach. Po ére, kedy ozaj vyhrávala ako - taká kvalita, ktorá končila v 70" rokoch (1974 - Waterloo od ABBA, ešte ako tak 1976 už smiešne „Save Your Kisses For Me“ od Brotherhood of Man, nastávalo obdobie, kedy vyhrávali väčšinou ,,zbytočné" piesne. Tie pred nimi si pamätáme do dnes, tie po 1976 už nie... Od 90" rokov je to však už iba súťaž o prachoch, utajených sponzoroch, tlačenkách, politike.... A emočná politika sa v tejto súťaži dostala do popredia pred asi 10 rokmi. Preto ma Vesna nádej: využila súčasnú situáciu - boj Ukrajincov voči agresorovi z Ruska. Aranžmá vymaľovaných ,,matriošek" a už vopred vypúšťané promo kecy, že prečo tá skladba.... A mám dojem, že kosa narazila na kameň: Dievčatá si nenaštudovali históriu (však načo študovať, stačí ,,ksichtokniha" a ,,Tik-Tok".... ) a pesničkou šľapli do porcelánu. Ukrajincov sa ten ,,kremeľský" text dotkol, lebo niečo o ňom vedia z histórie. Na záver: Keby neboli tie promokeci o songu, video by nebolo o zmaľovaných ,,dévočkách", tak by to bolo SUPER O.K. Takto sa Vesna možno potopila. Schválne: Koľko hlasov bude mať z Ukrajiny ???.....
Táto pieseň nemá šancu v eurovízii,pozri sa na pieseň Horehronie.Eurovízia je zločinecka fašistická skorumpovana organizácia,pozeral som ju od 70tých rokov-mám 68.Odkedy vyhralo Rakusko s devuškou z baradoj,odvtedy ten hnoj nesledujem.
Spomenul som si volá sa Conchita Wurst-špekáčik.

Ale nevím, zda jste studoval význam textu...navíc to, že se v písničce zpívá rumunsky, česky, anglicky a ukrajinsky má totiž určitou pointu (což asi podobně smýšlející lidi jako Vy nechtějí vidět/chápat) a tou je spojenectví mezi národy... všichni jsme jen lidé, mluvíme každý rozdílným jazykem a přece si v těchto věcech rozumíme - solidarita a síla v tom se povzbudit a vyhlížet lepší zítřky. Má to také poukazovat na sílu i ženství u SLOVANSKÝCH národů. Je škoda, že hodně lidí to chápe jen jako propagaci UA, byť se v písničce víc zpívá bulharsky, než ukrajinsky :-) Aneb: Koľko hlasov bude mať z Bulharska ???..... :-D

Definitely a gem in the song department. They have amazing stage presence... the only negative this live version has so far is that the chorus falls very flat. Surely needs to "pop out" more with stronger vocals, if the main singer can't do that then have the backing-singers maybe do something more exciting in that part?

Musím říct teda, že písničku už poslouchám 3 dny... a poprvé ji vidím živě z ESCZ... A že We Are Domi měli loni tu živou prezentaci (zpěv i choreografii) skladby lepší. Nicméně fandit určitě budu, protože na finále velké Eurovize to potenciál má. Hodně štěstí holky :)
