@@revellgod676 dude, it catches so many people off guard to just do that in general (without inhaling your ball of death). You can just float straight up and scale stuff w your shield up constantly. Even titan jump stops the gun's revving, top tree doesn't ever and its great.

I don’t see any comments about this, but at 5:10, you can see that just damaging the heir apparent shield procs knockout, which is probably unintended. It might have some interesting interactions with borealis, and perks like genesis or disruption break.

You can't call something underrated when it's still fairly new.
Yes it came out last year but we just got the catalyst and finalized the weapon.
Stasis still doesnt care about ur overshield, so this gun is still just a couple of shards.

I want to see tier 10 resilience, arc damage resistance mod (all damage resistance mods), Protective Light mod (x2, x3, x4, x5), and Whisper of Chains along with Icefall Mantle and Heir Apparent.
They won't test that cause the chances of getting that in crucible is next to impossible, itd interesting to know how strong it is but its pointless info cause it'll never legit happen

You can finish the contender card with equipping sun shot, Gravtion Lance, anything to give you multiple kills depending on the card. On one run instead of two.
my question is whether skyburner's oath would pierce the shield or not, since heir apparent is techincally a cabal weapon and the shield is similar that of a cabal shield?
The best one shot weapon to that shield... The bungee rocket launcher. Give them 2 weeks and that shield will be a water balloon. Lol
Will it also stack with the invisibility from omnioculus or middle tree dawn grenade?
Don't forget Whisper of Chains for that 20% damage reduction.
Also, in regards to AP rounds on guns and anti barrier rounds: Both of these have NO BONUS against elemental shields, or guardian shields. The only thing both of these do is allow for your rounds to penetrate through the target.
However, things like disruption break will activate, as well as genesis. Something I am curious about is if shield disorient works in PvP, but I don't remember any arc weapons with that perk off the top of my head. For those who don't know what it does, it essentially makes a small flash bang effect go off when you break a MATCHING elemental shield. Jottun was super good in gambit against blockers, especially when taken captains were still a thing, because you could stun an entire group of blockers, making clean up nice and easy.

If you have 1-2 punch on your arc shotgun, and shoot and follow up with a melee, does that kill?
What about a ominculus invis hunter? Would that stack with the shield similar to icefall mantle?

Would the high impact arc sniper from Iron banner do anything? I mean probably not but it seems like it'd break the shield.
The cool thing is that most of the weapons are heavy weapons which means they will rarely ever be used to counter Heir. The only other weapons that could effectively destroy it is Witherhoard(by attaching it to them) and arc fusion rifles(fusions rifles anyways suck).
If you break the shield with an Arc weapon, does it deal the 100 damage in an AoE just like in PvE?
What about Leviathan? I still see and use that in gambit quite a bit. Also if Le Monarch/Thorn poison or Ticu and Trinitys effect will break/go through it.
Can you also stack the omnioculous resistance on top of everything?

When he instantly gets his health back, that’s because he loses only the overshield without losing any shield. So it starts regenerating the shield again because it detects that you’re at full health and shields without an overshield

It’s like any arc shield in the game. When you hit it with arc damage it does more damage and will cause an explosion effect that will hit other player.

Actually, I propose a challenge for the gm, I cant decide what to call it but Im sure you would have fun naming it but the challenge is you bring one of each class, warlock or in this case the healer you'll run well, and you'll bring lumina for healing rounds and Phoenix protocol, hunters you're dps you'll run dead mans tale with the new exotic chest piece(sorry I cant remember its name) and titans you're the tank you know 100 resilience icefall mantle and heir apparent, you can run any other guns in the slots not filled by exotics, I hope you enjoy the challenger
