  • This is an English translation of Alessia G Tramontana's "heart solid granny square" video. This is completely not my pattern. Here is the link to her video: • piastrella granny con ...
    By the way I feel really dumb because I don't know why my brain decided that this was French. I am pretty sure it's Italian and I apologize. This is extremely embarrassing but I am not going to re film, edit, and export haha. I also misspelled my instagram username right at the end.
    I will be posting the cardigan I make out of these on my instagram @JamieCHaskell.Yarn / jamiechaskell.yarn
    And here is the finished cardi 💗:

    •The squares are 6inx6in

    HI! if I want a larger size should I just do more rounds of the round 2 in the video? BTW thanks for this tutorial I loved it!

      Yes! Just remember that the heart will remain the same size.

    if I want to make a smaller heart, by converting the trcs into dcs and the dcs into scs, will I have to change anything in the square?

    • @jamiehaskellyarn
      @jamiehaskellyarn  Před 3 lety +2

      Hm. Your stitch count wouldn't be off but it could make your square a little funky. I'd say try it out and see if you like it

    • @jamiehaskellyarn
      @jamiehaskellyarn  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes! Totally! You can just do the first white round or keep going for however big you want it. It might end up being a little wonky because the other borders help even it out but I'm sure you could make it work!

      Do you mean bucket hat? If so I have kind of an idea of how you could do it but I'm not completely sure how you can go from squares into a circle. For the top part you could do like a square of gingham and try to turn it into a circle using diff heights of stitches. Then you could make a wide strip of the gingham, attach, then do another strip but do tight slip stitches along one side to attach. You can message me on Instagram so I can get a better idea of what you're asking for! (@jamiechaskell.yarn)
