- sugar powder 100g
- egg 1
- unsalted butter 100g
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- baking soda 1/2 tsp
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
this recipe for 16 piece topping
bread buns:
- bread flour 300g
- heavy cream 80g
- fresh milk 80 g
- white sugar 2 tbsp
- unsalted butter 1 1/2 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- yeast 1 1/2 tsp
- 1 egg
this recipe can make 8 piece bread buns.
baked 350 F for 15- 18 mins
