Please tell me u didn’t sell that m3
In the condition this one is in - doubt he will get 17k for it.
Streets been waiting on another one of these 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Fact
The planet needs more guys like this. Simply awesome! Bringing value - to himself, to the previous owner, to the next owner for sure, and to us by explaining everything in detail and by showing how it's done! Respect sir!
What value did he bring to the previous owner or the next? He is flipping cars - he has to put in the work and $$$ on top of purchase price and hope someone else buys it later for an inflated price. If you don't know how to work on cars then you will be paying a premium for a mechanic to fix issues and with the german cars they will ream you. Depending on where you are if you sell more than 5 cars per year you will have to register as a business which is also an added cost. You also don't want to use bondo on rims - that is a cheap and dirty fix.
@@corail53 I suppose previous owner was happy to finally sell the car. And I'm pretty sure the next owner was happy to buy the car in good condition. If that's not value to you, most probably you haven't seen examples of how other car flippers operate.
I agree. The person buying his car also benifits as he gets nice car to drive. I dont mind being his customer.
Buddy, as far as this line of business is concerned you are by far the best flipper I have seen on CZcams, I've noticed the passion you have for perfection when it comes to your work and I guess anyone doing business with you is safe. Thanks, your content is so incredible.
Yay, excited to see another one! You're the best flipper on CZcams, hands down. Others on here I notice just detail the car and do a few cosmetic fixes and then screw the buyer over by doing no mechanical work... You actually fix the issues and make it worth while for the new owner. You're great.
That’s how you gain reputation in this business if you sell junk ppl word gets around to not buy your cars if you sell good quality cars like buddy does ppl word goes around that you don’t sell junk and if you see a listing from you you can expect a good quality car some of the ppl that buy his cars aren’t first time buyers either some ppl are buying their second or third car from him

Someone told me when I first started messing with cars it is so addicting it would get in my blood and there would be no turning back. They were right. I flipped my first car in 2017 and made $3000 profit. It was like winning a scratch off ticket and I enjoyed restoring it before selling it so I've been flipping and rebuilding cars ever since. Your videos are awesome keep them coming!
That's awesome!! 😁 Keep grinding!
how did you learn to fix cars?

Theres a niche for you on CZcams also. Hope I see your car-flip videos.
I’m addicted to these series, you’re motivating me to get into the car flipping market 😂
Another rocker video Buddy. You never seem to get rattled by any unforseen issue. Experience pays dividends and dollars. Love it. Keep them coming. You rock as always.
it's actually so smart to hold onto it. The E36 is finally getting the recognition it deserves and you chose a flawless time to buy it and refurbish it. Enjoy the profits my friend.
Agreed! Appreciate it brother 💪
They made a metric ton of these - they won't be going up much in value unless they are super clean and low milage. They only became popular again because the drifters have been buying them up because they are cheap and easy to work on - they are already suffering from the drift tax.
@@corail53 well if the drifters modify them all, the stock ones in good condition will rise in price.
Find an e39 next. Those are so sexy
I respect this guy, He's an awesome entrepreneur.
Making money off of flipping cars while also making quality content!
Encouraging others to do so as well.
👍 Keep up the grind buddy!
Thank you❤️
This was a great video I love this car and how organized you are. Instead of just showing long clips of mechanical work which only a novice could understand you make it easy for beginners and all the advice is great and easy to understand. Great video.
great work! love how in depth you go with your flips to make sure you are selling the best car you can.
This is so sick. Love how not a single questions was left unanswered. All the complicated terminology and acronyms were explained. How the special and often a little mysterious or not often spoken of repair process were done and how to do them. Such a cool guy! Subbed and liked.
Appreciate that man!! I do my best 💪
Great videos. Thank you. How do you take title for the vehicles?
Bro you honestly deserve at least a million subscribers. You do an amazing job on these cars & you can tell these videos are really well thought out along with really good video quality. I love the vids man! Much love💪🏼
Thanks mate! 1m coming up!

The fact that you kept it made me more happy.
I love how you you're pretty transparent, and explicit.
you nailed it right, from start to finish with all valuable tips, without make it long, just the useful points, right in the middle ...Thanks a lot man keep going you're the best really.
You and Chris fix helped me fall in love with fixing cars. Thank u ;)
A soon as you paid those 400 for body work I'm like he's going to keep it 🤣🔥

@Jesus is coming. Read the Gospel. repent to some bitches bruh
Love your content. Best on CZcams on the car flipping process. Inspirational and informative. Don't stop doing what you're doing. Truly great work! 👏
Super fun and detailed watch, and I just learned more about these glove boxes! The only thing I'd say to do differently is replacing all old tint, regardless of delamination or physical defect - you can still see the color difference from the drivers door with fresh tint to the rear quarters with blueish tint. Tint usually has a 5-10 yr lifespan and the dyes will fade and change color, and clarity will get worse, rendering "matching" not so possible. The other cheap option would just be complete removal, but Florida and UV rays on your nice interior and skin... yeah I prefer tint, even if light. Glad I found this, rad work!
Man, I love this series!!! It is always so entertaining!
And educating
This series finally made me realized what I want to do after high school (I finish in 9 weeks). Never had any idea what I wanted to do for a living, and now I think I have an answer to that question.
u need capitol but check my earliest videos i scored an e46 bmw i bought for 300 flipped into 3500 did that many times now have 40k saved, goodluck all in 3 years
Same I want to do this to, I’m in the 10th grade though but I’ll start putting my mind to it
Don’t forget to account for registration sales tax and titling the car. Laws vary state to state, but where I live you have 14 days to do so otherwise you get fined. When you register the car you have to pay sales tax so for this vehicle that would be an extra $1250 where I live. Plus registration fees, for this vehicle probably another $150.
Then you can only do I think four per year without having a dealers license.
Fun side hustle, but difficult to make a living at.
i normally don't like to buy cars from flippers, because a lot of them only polish what you can see, but don't work on some actually detail that you can't inspect. but you are the one that i wouldn't hesitate to buy car from. your work is flawless! thanks for sharing such high quality video!
Having a skill and trade like this will always keep food on your table and money in your pocket. Inspirational and motivating.
This project definitely came out amazing. I can't blame you for keeping it, I would have done the same.
I love your flips that involve a lot of mechanical trouble shooting and repairs but this really shows me what body work I can try myself and what's best left to the pros. Helpful as always
Bro, I love watching your videos!
Flipping old cars has always been my dream. Thanks for making these videos 👍
I am so glad that you kept it! What an amazing car and a good owner to have it! Good for you man!

From a car guy in the automobile industry for 25 years these videos are THE MOST VALUABLE Car Flip content for guys wanting a side hustle or full time car flipping. Keep up the good work Buddy, we see you! 🔥🔥🔥
Buddy is like the ChrisFix of financial car advice, while also doing tutorials and repair videos
Love it man keep goin!
Hey Buddy, new subscriber here from Asia. I just (almost) binge watch all of your videos. Thank you for being honest on the Chevy Cobalt video. I learn a lot about cars even though I'm not planning to join the car flipping business. Keep up the good work!
These videos are seriously addictive. I appreciate how you don’t skip over anything in the car and work to make it as perfect as possible. I’d feel very comfortable buying a used car off you
Thank you so much for these videos. Using them as references, I have started flipping cars myself. After a couple of losses I’m starting to make money, largely because of your business model and the attention to detail you bring to every car. Thank you for these videos, you’re doing all of us a huge favor.
This was my first time watching your videos. Absolutely love the effort you put in and love that you don't make endless parts of the video. Definitely deserve a subscribe!
It’s crazy how easy you make it look! I love your videos I can’t wait to see the next vehicle makeover.
with the amount of work and attention to detail this guy is putting in he deserves everything coming his way. glad he kept this m3 too!
Love these videos. I am in Tampa and aspiring to do what you do pretty soon. Just taking it slow, learning how to work on cars and all that. You, Chrisfix, and the rest of the car community have really helped and have me watching car videos all day long. My stepdad is a mechanic and I never could get into working on cars when I was younger, but now in my thirties I am hooked. Keep up the great videos.
I found my new binge channel. I absolutely love your editing style and story telling. I am very picky about those and i hate what i see on youtube, but you are breath of fresh air. Very awesome content, thank you very much for good work.
I love the fact that you kept it!
A marvel, the process, the care of every detail, the video, the edition, absolutely everything is great, I love watching this type of videos and I hope one day to use them in the future with cars that I want to buy.
It’s just awesome watching what and how you do what you’re doing. Keep it up and cheers from Poznań, Poland 🇵🇱
The work you did with this beautiful M3 is amazing, only love for your works
So glad you kept it! I was looking at it unfixed and I was like I would just keep it. love these videos as I will soon have to do these flips myself once my mother gives the car to my younger brother.
Absolutely hooked on your videos Buddy! My friend and I are thinking of flipping cars over the next few summers to help pay for college. My dad is a former air force mechanic and knows everything there is to know about cars, so we figure if we pool our resources we can make a huge profit and put a large dent in our college tuition. Thanks for sparking a new interest!
you have by far one of the best video editing and overall car content on youtube!!! amazing stuff Buddy!
Found Autotempest a few years ago on another channel and it's great. This video interested me a lot because I had a 95 M3 that I loved and sold with 200,000 miles on it. Great car and a blast to drive....mine had the five-speed. Thanks for this. Ken in Titusville.
Finally a new Car Flip Video by Buddy's DIY!!!
Buddy, you are one of the few channels I check for videos.
And this is my favourite series!
I don't blame you for keeping the car!
You deserve it with so much hard work that you put in your business and CZcams channel!
Maybe you can make a series dedicated to this particular BMW. It will be interesting to see how it is living with it in Florida.
I love your videos man, your easily the best car restoration channel on CZcams, IMO. You’ve given me confidence and inspiration to restore a Volvo S60 R. When I’m done I’ll comment on another video to let you know how it went!
love what you did with this car. great vid thanks for sharing
Man, you and ChrisFix has the same top level of quality and detail. Absolutely love it. Subbed.
Bro, you really deserve more recognition and subs to your channel. This is, by far, the most educative, detailed and entertaining series I've watched, regarding flipping cars.
The attention to little things and the structure you keep is inmaculate. When I discovered your channel, I watch all the videos for this series you had up in less than a day. I can't wait for more.
Congrats on your new beemer. You might want to try to mod it... Just saying.
The quality on these vids are insane.🔥 One of the best flipping car series on CZcams.
i know nothing about repairing or flipping cars so i watched this to get the idea of how much money circulates from it, this video explained everything i was curious about! top of the line content
Great video just subscribed couple days ago and have not been disappointed. Love how u pay attention to detail. That’s awesome. Again great video looking forward to many more.
With your clear instructions, I feel like I can get into this, I’m a mechanic so I can for sure do this.
Love how you take very deep attention to details and making the car look brand new! Definitely the best car flipper in youtube thanks for posting content I always look forward to your flip videos!
Thanks Patrick!!
The quality of your videos is so fantastic!
Your videos has inspired me to try flipping a vehicle. I have no experience.
Bro I’m new to the car community and your explanation and pics for everything made it so easy and understandable thank you man 🙏
Great video. I don’t repair cars but I love the way you break down a big hard task into individual steps and knock them off one at a time. I would keep that car too.
I love this series, your tips are awesome!
I love your videos it helped me a lot with my business and the knowledge to put out is outstanding thank you and many blessings to you
glad i came across this! Good Job dude! looking forward to following along!
Nothing but respect to the dedication for these videos. It just made my day to see the notification as I believe it did for most of us. As someone who is looking into mechanical engineering this gives input and education about cars. Thanks for all the work man!
🎉 for the youtube algorithm. I want to see more content
Thanks God you kept it. Beautiful piece of art man.
Great video! Your great at flipping cars and also at making video's - two completely different skill sets ... please keep 'em coming ... thank you!
In a lot of these older BMWs, especially the E36 vintage, as seen here, parts of the interior pieces and upholstery were actually held together by glue, which, naturally, deteriorates. In a state like FL where the climate accelerates the contraction and expansion factor, I'm sure it is even more so prevalent on these older examples.
eh
Missed the flipping series keep it up 🔥💯
Great Video bro, keep up the awesome videos! Love the content so far 🙌🏾
New viewer and subscriber but I've watched through all of these videos! I can't wait for you to make more of these!
Love your videos and motivation!!
I’m trying to do that for living too!!
I’m at my 6th car right now 🙏
I gotta say I admire the extra you put in to these flip because most flippers would do the bare minimum yet you brought it back pretty much certified used. 😮
I’ve got an e36 with all the common problems they get. It’s becoming a bit overwhelming and I couldn’t seem to find any videos that detailed the fixes I would need to undertake. This video though, was the best 3 series content I’ve come across since buying the car. It is perfect. Great detail and explaining. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!
Keep going Buddy! Great example for your generation of how a hard working, young entreprenuer guy is doing awesome.
a few things
1 - amazing how you get to the point on what products to use and how to do it , no bs , love it/
2 - You are very skill at fixing things
3 - lastly , I almost knew that you were keeping that bmw. I sold mine last year and I ve been having so many regrets about it , there is something about a BMW that attracts people , specially the old generation
best of luck , new subscriber!
I absolutely love these videos. Straight to the point, super informative, well edited and an absolute joy to watch. Thanks for all the info you've provided for free, you deserve at least a million more subs if you ask me! Also I guess I'm that lone idiot who still looks for used cars on his computer lol
Another great one, keep ‘em coming Buddy, such great info
I used to have a 96' M3. Its a great car and inexpensive to fix. Enjoyed this video. Thanks!
I really liked this one as there was a lot of stuff you couldn’t do and hired people but still had room for profit. Makes it seem more achievable for someone like myself who is trying to learn!
I flip cars too and now I do this instead. After trial and error I have my go-to shops that are inexpensive and leave profit still. It’s sometimes better to pay for skill.
I usually don't comment on videos but this was a great walkthrough and this whole series is extremely informational! Keep up the great work man
Love it that you kept it!!!!!!!! WHO WOULDN’T?
And yes, I subscribed. But only because you’re so honest & thorough. 👍 Keep the videos coming. They’re a joy to watch & learn from.
Wonderful work, Buddy's DIY. I really appreciate your work.
Great work and content, enjoy all your work. I owned a 97 M3 myself, not surprised you wanted to keep it.
Had the issue with the glove box. Word of advice, swap out the zip tie you used and make the fastener part connect on the back side (inside the dash) so it’s not exposed in the glove box. You will eventually cut/scratch your hand on the exposed part where you cut it, reaching into the glove box. Use a black one and you’ll never even notice it’s there!
Enjoy the M3!
Yup, these cars are full of dumb, yet easy to fix problems. I’ll eventually sell one of mine, but not anytime soon.
Nice make-over! Most of those issues are pretty common on E36, just make sure to keep an eye on the cooling system, since there are a few common weak points (plastic radiator ends, plastic t-stat housing, plastic water pump impeller, brittle expansion tank). Fortunately, E36 is designed with service in mind and are very easy to work on and maintain.
Where's car auctions?
the E36 and in lesser form the E46 are probably the easiest to fix due to the lack of overly complicated electronics. Well...as long as you choose the cheap, unwanted US spec version.
@@TheChill001 Electronics are one thing. I actually find OBD2 stuff easier to work on because scan tools allow you to glimpse into what the computers are seeing and diagnose issues that way. That said, the OBD1 can have a lot more issues going on and still operate as a functioning automobile. I was more or less referring to the physical layout of things however. Most of the suspension became way more complicated in the F series and up, and the engine bays are just layers upon layers of plastic pieces that have to be removed with surgical precision in exactly the right order or its gonna cost you a few hundred for new plastic bits. E series chassis, was not only designed for factory assembly, but my impression is it was also designed for modular and piece by piece servicing. Every nut and bolt is placed in a way where it can be accessed with basic hand tools, and nearly any part can be removed without disassembly of 1/3 of the vehicle.
When I saw you having those small tints removed I knew you were gonna keep that somehow. And you did ! These motors were one of a kind and boy that interior looks so sexy in that white/ish color. Love it.
This guy has me hooked. His video so well made and I understand it takes a while to record, to fix, to find a car and all the above. Great job and hope you have more and more subs and views.
Smart on keeping this one, give it time and you will defiantly get a lot more money for it. Love the videos!
🙏🙏 thank you man
Man I literally said to myself "I bet he keeps it" when I heard you talk about it before even going to the seller!
Awesome job restoring that cool car. Great video too!
Honestly a great video! Thanks all the great tips and cant wait to see the rest of this series.
I rarely comment on videos, but I really love these flip videos. Not something I'll ever do myself but I just love seeing mechanical work.
PS I really hope in the future you and ChrisFix can do a video together.
@That V8 Life ChrisFix is amazing and the best automotive youtuber on the platform. stfu
hey buddy, love the way you do these videos! it always keeps me interested, and it's always so well organized and is really relaxing to watch. anyway, I'm a 15-year-old car person, but I have limited engine repair knowledge. you inspire me to do this kind of stuff, but I fear ill end up knee-deep in engine problems. any suggestions? thanks
I'm 22 and have flipped 5 GM trucks and vans this year. My advice is to buy cheap GM cars/trucks and learn how to work on various models with different issues. Two years ago I was afraid to jack up a car- now I'm rebuilding a 5.3 LS engine in my driveway. Take your time, save your money, learn how to diagnose! NEVER THROW RANDOM PARTS AT CARS!!
Amazing content, keep up the hard work brother! Much respect.
