I just wanted to add.. as far as the windshield goes. Seals do NOT keep water out. They are purely cosmetic. The urethane holds the integrity of the windshield and keeps water out. The only way you would get a leak is if there was a missed connection in the glue bead or body seam issue. There would be other various reason for a leak. But just an example. Sunroof- same thing with the seal but it does keep debris somewhat out. The reason it would leak is if the drains are clogged and/or cracked. I love watching your videos! Very educational! Question: In the cases in which it would be best to have a shop have a look at the vehicle to see whether it's mechanically sound, how does one go about making the request to the (private) buyer? Does one offer cash for the opportunity, or is more realistic that no one is probably ever going to let you drive it over to your mechanic?

Your videos make flipping cars seem easy. I know it’s way more difficult than I could imagine but I’m going to start looking out for some great deals on marketplace to flip. Im in no rush to try and find a car to flip so I’ll just wait it out until I see something that I know I won’t lose on.

ah yes the “automatic braking system”. toyota must have been pretty advanced to have one of those in 2002, most of the ones i’ve seen take a whole bunch of sensors and computers and stuff

Just found your channel and really love the content. I notice you don't account for registration or taxes. I assume you are "jumping" title. Is there a limit in Florida before you need a dealers license? I live in Georgia I think there is a limit. Have you flipped any cars you bought out of state?

Self service car washes and using those brooms are a big risk. People wash their floor mats and engines with those brooms. Some even use as rugs from home or other random things there. Better to wash the car at your home!

What about any maintenance on the convertible top? Did you have to replace any parts or lubricate them?
