Competition does not scare me! I do not care how tough, I will find away to break the ice. Consistency is super important when starting any buisness!
Cringe
Awesome video, just getting started with my own lawn care business and this really helped out a lot. Keep it going💪🏾
I’m glad it helps!
Great video Johnny! Always truthful advice from you. Much respect!
I appreciate it
Hey Johnny you brought up some very important points and I really liked this video and wanted to let you know that I really learned something new today
Man… That’s what’s up!
Just wanted to say thank you & Love the content
Johnny, 💯 👍🏽. Thank you for serving 🫡
My pleasure
Great video I've been doing that for 40 years. Take care my friend 👍👍
Thank you Sir!
Great info
Such a great video Johnny. Newcomers to lawn care businesses are indebted to you, for sharing sound advice on starting up. Bless you and many thanks for sharing with us, much appreciated. POP SMOKE PEACE ✌️
I appreciate your comments on all my video, thank you for supporting me!
You hit every point 🎯…I’d add able to withstand pain mentally and physically. If you’re not ready to give it 3-5 years full commitment don’t even waist your time. Put your business first leave the social media to the back but take notes 📝 cause the blueprint is out there to copy and paste. APPLY the info take it one day at a time one yard at a time!!!
Very well said, I agree ☝🏾
You’re getting closer to 400K subscribers man I still enjoy your videos and the POV videos
Thank you so much 😊
Always excellent advice 👍 I have a small lawn care business, but I afraid that I don't have enough clients to legally operate my business because it seems like everything that comes in goes back out, but I absolutely want to be legit 😭
It will pick up, just be patient
Good video on real aspect on the business
Appreciate that
Great video! I’m kind of new to the channel, I’m curious do you primarily work alone and if not, how many workers do you have? Also, do find the pickup truck setup that you have efficient for most of your daily jobs? Thanks!
Welcome to the channel, I have 24 guys and 12 trucks. I’m solo on my social medias because I tech entry level lawn mowing business. I have two rigs that you will see on this channel and I love them both
You always have the best POV videos, great information and advice, always while showing the work. Excellent.
I appreciate that!
Thank God you mentioned those guys mowing these overgrown properties. Takes no skill whatsoever other then knowing where to position the camera
I have to add something about "HIGH OVERHEAD COST" Cut all your Grass in the same City/area dont go lets say 45 miles north then your next job is 60 Miles south etc.....Its like saying my Customer is Georgia then the next is South Carolina then after that its Alabama ... WORD OF MOUTH IS KEY #1
Quick question for you, do you have a separate power meter in your shop or at your home to read the power used to charge your work equipment for tax purposes since you’ve gone to electric equipment?
I run my business out of a storage location and they provide the electricity and water so I don't worry about it
Who invented the payment on the end of the month?
What’s your take on a mower with a edger / weed eater cutting at the same time?
Is it alright to mow in the rain?
These are the things we as Lawncare professionals want to know!!!!
is there a specific brand for your equipment you prefer i see you are using kress is that the best one youve used
So far, yes!
I like your mowing videos
Thank you very much
@@Bladesofgrasslawncare of course anytime
hi what happen to your
trailer
Uses it sometimes often
If you watch my other videos I rotate my rigs
I know I’m not the only, but picking up clients is not easy.,, I just keep rolling with it.. due to my financial capacity, I can only do door hangers and flyers a couple of days a week.. But I won’t give up… later on smoke
What I do is leave your card in their front door mat and only market mowing and upsell once you get the account . I don’t do flyers or anything else just business cards, it’s cheaper good luck 👍🏾
@@Bladesofgrasslawncare I appreciate your response, and the information! I believe both are competent forms of exposure, most of all as you know repetitive, like you say you always have to advertise
