Lexus LS430 steering column telescopic and tilt motor replacement attempt. Part 1.

Hope it helps anyone trying it. The tilt motor is very easy to remove, but and the telescopic motor is much harder, it requires everything below the steering wheel to be removed, and has one VERY awkward bolt to remove at the end of process.
I bought a used column that was sold with 'working' motors for the worlds biggest auction site. However both did not work, the tilt motor was largely dead, and the telescopic motor did spin, but could not provide the torque to move the steering column.
