Important update on 9/25/2019 - My original video indicated that I did not know if you needed to replace the small e-clip on the end of the screw and I left it off because I lost it. My tilt function worked for about 2 months then the screw worked itself out of the nut and my steering wheel was stuck in the upright position. It turns out you do need to replace the small e-clip after you screw the motor back in. I bought a replacement e-clip for about $3 on lexuspartsnow.com.
