Kuuga and agito has the same concept as showa rider, being an engineered human (magically engineered in Kuuga's case with amadam, and agito... well... miystically? it sure has divine intervention in his case) so the belt actually became one with their body.

I know the "Magic" bit was a joke, but, we do see the WizarDriver being stored somewhere.. as Haruto's belt buckle. If you look at his outfits before transforming, he always wear a belt buckle with the same hand as his Driver and uses the ring with that same hand design to turn that belt into the Driver. I just think that's a fun detail i don't see anyone really point out either because I'm not in the right circles, or the more likely answer:

It's pretty much, like one of the commenters said, part of Haruto's drip, with a pinch of magic splashed on.
The rest of the rings are stored inside a chest, but he could just use connect ring to retrieve and stash any of them off screen at any time. So... still magic, I guess?

He can even actually still cast spells with it in the small buckle form. Whenever he does something like use Connect to fetch donuts, he touches the ring to the small hand buckle on his belt.
Kabuto was also seen storing his belt in a backpack once so he could still just hide it in one of his pockets especially since it doesn't even seem too big
And hey, when in doubt, he later has Hyper Clock Up. Tendou is one extra ass bitch, I wouldn't doubt him going back in time just equip the belt on his past self in hyper clock up speed

@Tinkhec_best_maid I forget what episode it was but I assume it was around the 20 episode mark and there was a scene where Hiyori saw a backpack that was either Tendou's or Kagami's and it was being used to carry the Zect belt

Somethings and a bit of nitpicking:
-Riderman actually pulls that helmet out of the storage space in his bike. While yes, the stock transformation footage makes it look like summoning it is physical stores in his bike most of the time (you can make it a 50/50 debate)
-J does have a belt. Well it's more of a buckle but he does have it. It is most likely summoned.
-Den-O puts on the belt manually because... It's Den-O. I think Momotaro would forsake convince if it meant looking more badass. Same with other Taros. I doubt any of them care about efficiency.
As one of the five Ghost fans, The eyecons are either held by Onari (Like ankh to OOO) or literally flying up to Ghost as they are ghosts as well
I also own the Gotchardriver l, and it's a CHUNKY BEAST and to amateur alchemist hotato, it's either breaking on sit, oooor a real bad night at Denny's

The Zecter belt is summoned when the Zecter is touched on stanby for henshin.
As someone who owns the Desire Driver, it's surprisingly tiny. Like, it's maybe an inch or two wider than the W driver, but half an inch less tall. It could definitely be stored in a back pocket, especially while wearing the DGP Uniform.

As someone who owns a Gotchardriver, I will confirm it is indeed a chonky boi. Dunno how Hotaro is able to hold that sucker, but at the same time doesn't really matter.
I remember that atleast for the few first episodes, Ikki would put his driver in the basket of his bicycle

Problem with Hotaro using alchemy to hide it: Nijigon is still in it when he does it. So he would be mangling and un-mangling him every time he does it. Better, he's dissasembling, and reassembling him every time. or hes a hyper invincible egg and is immune to that idk
Maybe Nijigon's powers are what allow Hotaro to summon the belt at will.
1. I'm pretty sure Nijigon was already inside Houtaro's body the moment he first transformed
2. Nijigon clearly has no problems self-mangling considering he has to spin his head 180 to turn into become the driver unit, dislocating his own jaw in the process
this is why Wizard is peak, he uses the belt as an actual belt outside of being a rider

You see, most of the time I just think "logic doesn't mean shit in Tokuverse because we have creatures running the speed of light and pretty much gods who can destroy worlds and timelines even though they are never seen to physically do it but we take their word for it because by technicality their existence does destroy worlds and timelines and we have seen the after effects".
Yeah, anyways. The belts in which you said are gonna break in the back pocket ain't happening just because they are created out of ridiculous materials that can withstand the attacks of literal gun shots. If anything, the belts are gonna break their asses if they fall lol.

Note that the in-universe drivers are way tougher than the toys we get irl, like, the BuildDriver, for example, withstood Evolt's building-shattering attacks or Progrise Keys which has little to no resistance to open irl being harder to open than ripping out a car door if not authorized in-universe
At the same time, if you put it on your backpocket, it'll still hurt you if you sit down, or rip your pants if you stretch it too far. So the argument kinda still stand. May not be the driver or gimmicks themselves that broke, but your ass and your pants.

As someone who owns a Gamer Driver I can say that the Gotchadriver is nothing compared to a closed Gamer Driver. Carrying that around would be like lugging a GameCube around in your pocket.

For den-o i think to swing it (and due to coolnest rule it auto click) is faster than click it manually in your waist, so it can be just said the taro summon it their hand instead of summon it to the waist

I think the way to summon the Den O Driver has to do with his Train Pass that was used to summon it so if he has it he and the Taros can just summon it on hand so they can fasten it because it doesn't fasten when summon it needs to be clicked into place.
Sometimes it literally just appears on them without(Kuuga, any Agito seed) or with explanaition(Kivats bites, Advent deck on a reflex)

I prefer the idea that some of them just wear the belt on their back.
Since the belt attach onto the person before the actual belt expand and wrap around them, I think that just slap it on their back and kept it there till they need to pull it out.

Den-O: I would make the argument that the Imagin who make up Den-o's forms have the ability to summon the belt. It makes sense since when they possess other people, like in Decade or in some of the Den-o movies, they can still use the belt to turn into Den-o.
Decade: The dude can make portals, he probably has one behind his back at all times for the belt XD.
Drive: the shift cars can also drive around Mr. Belt to where ever shinnosuke is.
The Zero-One stuff is also stored via briefcase. Aruto has Izu carry it around for him.

Neo Decade once restore his Neo Deca Driver in a Decade Ride Watch which that one is easily restore as long as he keeps his belt on the Ride Watch, it's just convenient to see that yer only gonna put in the pocket is the Ride Watch itself instead of the belt

That's the thing which irk me the most in recent kamen rider era. The buckle become ridiculously thicker , chunky , heavier, looks uncomfortable , so many protruding thing and need loud sound effect on everything. The only realistic kamen rider i can think of,is just Faiz . Just because he literally shown to bring along and open up the small smartbrain briefcase everytime he using it. Imagine a director decision to include that scene in almost every episode in that series whereas every new director in other series just skip that part and the belt and buckle just come out from air or already in their hand eventhough the kamen rider is just a normal human.
Ex-aid Riders must have a really big back pockets to pull that Gamer Driver from behind.
IIrc, Emu has a backpack, Taiga and Hiro just don't stop wearing theirs when going out, and Kuroto's actor revealed on twitter that Kuroto has amazing butt clench and keeps his driver there.

I mainly put Kiva in the summon category in my head. Mainly because I stayed focused on the "belt" part and not taking the transformation device (so including Kivat) as a whole.

Stronger's belt is summoned along with the rest of his Kamen Rider form, it's not present before henshin.
(His henshin process involves creating sparks by striking his electrified metal hands together)
I'm surprised there isn't a rider whos normal belt turns into a henshin belt or just wears it at all times.
Would save time in story and cgi editing for behind the scenes if they just wear it at all times.
The wizard rings could be stored on the fingers, if the wizardriver and ring holder appear at the same time.
The Wizardriver & the ring holder are both stored as Haruto's belt buckle, until activated with magic. Any ring not actively in use, however, is stored in a box we only see once in a rare now and then.

Regarding the Gotchardriver and Hotaro using alchemy to store it, I feel like it's worth mentioning that he didn't get a firm grasp on how to actually perform alchemy till his final form came along.
I like to imagine they change size like pokeballs, and the gacha mini versions of the belts they always sell represent their storing mode

Kamen Rider J has a transformation belt, it just looks like a belt buckle, and could be hidden basically anywhere, the J-Spirit is it's name. And i beleive it should go in the top tier, not sure about zo though, doing research

Why isn’t the WizarDriver under summon? I guess it’s a normal belt buckle that becomes the driver, but he’s still summoning the driver with the Driver On ring in order to transform. I guess I see the case for easily stored with it just being a normal belt until he needs to use it.
