      Really?thx.I see group traveling difficult to follow at 70.My bad!Maybe not doing much drains me.

    Thanks very much for sharing these points. I’m going on 66 and being kind to myself and checking in to my intuition.
    Letting go of striving for approval has helped me forgive myself and others, judgement is less important.
    Drinking alcohol much less is due to feeling groggy the next day if I’ve indulged, and I have struggled with that too long.
    Dissatisfaction with my achievements and feeling lack is not real. ❤

    I am lonely never being alone makes it so difficult to get used to this lonely life.I livr near to my son and his wife but they are very busy.I pray to be happy and joyful again.
