      Ginger would try to seduce most of the male visitors, usually for the sake of the castaways, but, the low point came when she tried to seduce a machine. The episode when the robot parachuted onto the island. I think the robot popped a coil if I recall correctly.

    • @raymondluxuryacht86
      @raymondluxuryacht86 Před 5 lety +6

      The castaways tricked the Russians into getting drunk and passing out. The plan was to leave them on the beach and then be there when the rescue sub came to pick them up. But then Gilligan screwed up and set his watch for the wrong time (he set it based on a Manila radio station, neglecting to account for the time difference between the island and Manila), and as a result, the sub had come and gone by the time the castaways made it down to the beach.

    • @anarchistatheist1917
      @anarchistatheist1917 Před 3 lety +4

      I remember after the skipper told Gilligan that the cosmonauts were rescued two hours previously because there is a 2 hour difference between manila and their local time. When in reality Manila is eighteen hours ahead of Hawaii, presumably the time zone that the island the castaways are stranded on is located in.
