I see we've had different experiences. Sucks you had a bad experience. I've wondered if this was like the blue bags of potting soil where people have said the ingredients were different than what I'd shown from my bags.
I learned not every Dollar Tree carries the same potting mixes. You're probably better off getting a bigger bag from a big box store than this small one. To me, it wouldn't be worth the money especially since the price increase happened.

So I used the same mix indoor and it worked better than the mix I paid $12 indoor and outdoor… thanks for video

Its garbage. Treat it like Peat Moss because that"s all it really is with trace amounts of the other claimed ingredients. AVOID

Do you think it's very sterile?
I didn't find anything wrong with the bags I had. You could always sterilize it yourself and add your own beneficial bacteria.
