    About Me:
    On my channel you will find content related to yoga, yoga for healthy living, yoga for health issues which is suitable for beginners as well as others who want to dive further into their practice. This practice can be done at home on your own or with friends and family as most of the videos have content that we can practice together or I'll be guiding you through your practice .
    I also have content related to myths about yoga, yoga know-How as well as yoga to ease Dis-Ease. The intention of starting this channel was to bring all the benefits I got from yoga to you as i have used Yoga personally all my life as a tool to help heal myself.
    As a student of Physiotherapy, yoga was part of my curriculum, with this knowledge and taking yoga classes I reaped the benefits of yoga. I used pranayama to overcome my bronchitis. Asanas helped relieve my back ache. During my pregnancy yoga helped me stay active, pain free and calm most of the time. Recently I developed varicose veins and restless legs. I was advised to undergo ligation and stripping but again Pranayama and asanas came to my rescue . yoga was my go-to anytime I experienced physical discomfort or mental agitation. For the last 20 + years I have been hoping on and off the yoga mat .
    Professionally working as a physiotherapist I noticed, combining the principles of physiotherapy and yoga benefited my patients greatly. During my tenure in the fitness field, I incorporated yoga along with breath work after a strenuous workout session .I Also used yoga when I designed workouts for clients with lifestyle injuries and health conditions. I noticed reduction in pain and sometimes reversal of their condition when done in conjunction with lifestyle changes.

      Kapalbhati karne se pet ki muscles ko tone kiya ja sakta hai, lekin weight loss kabhi be ye ek specific area se kum nahi kar sakte hai. its always general weight loss & what we eat plays a significant role

      Flow ko kam hone ke kai karan hote hain. Ye practice seedha flow par asar nahi dalta, lekin ye karne se indirectly aapke organs ke functioning ko behtar kar sakta hai aur hormones ko balance kar sakta hai jo period flow ko prabhavit karte hain.

      @@manshimehta9795 thik hona ek hi cheez par nirbhar nahi hai. Asal samasya ka pata lagakar thik karne ke liye aapko apne khan-pan, vichar, aur gatividhiyon par bhi dhyan dena hoga. Main kuch videos ke links dena chahta hoon jo hormonal balance mein madad karenge. inhe roz ya 4 se 5 baar har hafte practice karein, aur lagbhag 3 mahine mein Apko difference Dikhega
