Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Dry for 20 minutes at 150°C.

8 g Vanilla Sugar.
Powdered sugar.

Рецепт не добрий,забагато крозмалю в кремові і також муки в тісті.Не можливо розмішати.Це вже 2-й рецепт з цього каналу,який мені не сподобався.
Це перевірений роками рецепт. Ви не витримуєте технологію приготування, це очевидно. Також якість тіста залежить від розміру та кількості яєць. У мене 4 яйця розмір L.
Кукурудзяний крохмаль 50 г на 500 мл молока це ідеальна пропорція.
Ще багато залежить від якості інших інгредієнтів. Я не використовую продукти з дешевого сегменту.
