Thanks for the tips! I’m a very overweight 46yo who crazily decided to get back into BMX. I went to the local pump track this morning, and had a great workout! I plan on utilizing your tips to improve my pump track riding tomorrow!
Are you still getting out to the pump track? It's a great way to do some cardio, have fun and lose weight!!

Today was my very first day riding a pump track. I was SO excited to come home and start watching videos about how to improve my skill. AND THEN THE SECOND VIDEO I WATCH IS YOU RIDING THE VERY SAME TRACK I RODE THIS MORNING! Lol. Totally awesome. AZ strong!!!

It was all skate parks and only now pump tracks are coming into fashion.unfortunately where i am there arent many. We have to travel out to these places.im trying to get word out to get these near spots where communities can all go and enjoy.💪✌️🤙👌😎
Great tips, thanx, I'm a mountain biker/gravel rider, mostly, but I got a Haro dirt jumper this year, its a blast and helps on Mountain biking a lot, I never had BMX bikes, they weren't around, I'm 77 now, I ride 3,000 plus miles a year, I have bikes for MTB/Gravel/Fatbike/VintageMTB/City/Pump,Jump. The dirt jumper has been a blast..

Is a rigid Fork better for Pump track or a normal mtb one
