They're basically the same dude except Cavic has hair.
Dressel is faster, and holds world records now, however he doesn't compare to Phelps in the goat consideration. Phelps swam every stroke, competed in way more events and his medal count compared to Dressel isn't even close. Both are stan- up individuals but Phelps reign lasted over 20 years of excellence. 🐐 🏊♀️

Mohammad Al-Hasan actually, it can be. When butterfly kicking on your side, there’s less direct pressure on your hip, allowing you to have quicker, more powerful kicks

That is not vertical kicking. Vertical kicking is when you kick on a vertical axis (i.e head above the water, feet underwater). He is kicking on his side to see his opponents, not because it is faster.
