I don't do it anywhere near as fast as this, but it's one of my favourite things to do....bending the G at the 7th fret, playing the B and E at the 5th, back to the B on the seventh fret and maybe finishing with a hammer on at the G string. 😀

Heya! I'm a little toooo late for you to see my comment, at least on the one I commented on which is the smoke on the water cover! I already know the melody very well and I can play it quite nice but I'm getting a new guitar and I was wondering if you have any you recommend of guitars, I was also wondering what guitar you used on the smoke on the water cover cause it sounded nice but for me it sounded like an old combo of electric and acoustic but It's probably not that though. Anyways love your videos and your an amazing guitarist
Hey there, I'm not Marty Schwartz or anywhere as good as him but I've been playing for over 10 years and just love picking up the guitar to jam every now and then, so I'm no pro nor should my words be taken as such! But if I could recommend a new guitar to my younger self I would have gone with a squier affinity strat. It's around $200 i think? I have one that i play now over an Ibanez and fender player series tele. The key was getting it set up at a local guitar shop and man it sounds awesome. I love the bluesy thickness that a Stratocaster can provide and its versatility! Blues, rock, metal, it really does a lot of great things. I hope this insight helps and good luck on your guitar journey!

Also! If you're talking about the Smoke on the water cover that Marty did 4 years ago, that's a Gibson Les Paul! They are expensive but Epiphone makes Les Pauls as well that run about $600 or so. They might have cheaper versions so it's worth checking out! Ibanez also has some similar body styles so I recommend checking out a music store and seeing what sounds and feels best to you and your ears :) Gibson Les Paul! Slash uses one xD
