As a former Bob Marley Museum Tour Guide I can say her name is still mentioned in the tour but business wise I don’t know the state of her affairs. But she deserves her flowers 🌸 #fixuplife
I took that tour around 2011 and don’t remember hearing her name called. I know her as one of the founding members of the group. It’s sad that people are not honored. I don’t know the intricacies of the Marley, or do I care, however, I am just thinking that this woman is 75 years old. Can’t they do something for her financially to make her happy before she departs this earth? A token of appreciation? I swear, after listening to “Teach Dem” for years, I would never venture into the music business. Even though there are many successes, there are also many more disappointments. Bunny Wailer used to say that he was not the only surviving member of the original wailers, he would mention that Beverly Kelso is still alive, he would say, "Beverly is my sister and I love her so much". All these years was just wondering what was happening with Ms Kelso with her beautiful voice, surely something went wrong some how some where, she would have been on the same level in status like like that of Judy Mowatt, Marcia Grifths and Rita Marley in terms of her music career or even like Peter, Bunny and Bob in popularity. I may be wrong but that's my view.

Bunny Wailer used to say that he was not the only surviving member of the original wailers, he would mention that Beverly Kelso is still alive, he would say, "Beverly is my sister and I love her so much". All these years was just wondering what was happening with Ms Kelso with her beautiful voice, surely something went wrong some how some where, she would have been on the same level in status like like that of Judy Mowatt, Marcia Grifths and Rita Marley in terms of her music career or even like Peter, Bunny and Bob in popularity. I may be wrong but that's my view.

They were the Glady's Knight and the Pips of Jamaica back then. I was wondering if she was still here with us. I do not understand the statement "Bob Marley's children forget about me" . If any were born, they were very young. It would be the baby mamas that remember Beverley and if they are jealous of her...there goes nothing.
