This fight training video teaches Jabs and Slips.
Teddy Atlas is a prolific boxing trainer and sports commentator. This is an excerpt from his eagerly anticipated series THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING available exclusively at DynamicStriking.com.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Teddy breaks down everything of everything and provides lessons upon lessons, life lessons that help you outside of this great sport. It was that way for me with Eddie Futch and he just had a way of implementing life skills to boxing vice versa...God Bless you both ❤❤❤

@@languidquid yes he is basic he breaks boxing down into heuristics so one can better understand them and apply principles in striking rather than techniques which can only be applied when you see the opportunity for a counter rather than adding a heuristic to make your game better in every situation

Hey there, I find bending at the waist i can slip quicker and more comfortable and more confident but this rotation of the shoulders to get your head off centre line in this video is beautiful but i struggle to execute it, why do i find this difficult ?

Atlas was only Tyson's trainer for a short period. Then Tyson was trained by Rooney who really helped him. Cus D'Amato and Rooney turned Tyson into the beast he was in his prime. I don't see how Atlas would of been much better for Tyson
