You'd better jump in when you can, however you can. My wife and I were lucky enough to buy our home in Fuquay in '16, before the boom in population. Now our house has more than doubled in value.

OK. Lessons learned, I have been studying Houston Texas for quite some time. Their prices went through the roof and now they are starting to fall. everyone who understands real estate knows what’s happening in the state of Florida. Taxes and insurance global warming recession politics. We are kind of living in a period of uncertainty. While all of this is going on the cost of housing in Raleigh continues to rise. I’m gonna wait a little while longer..
Why do you want to go to Raleigh? The same reason everybody else. Because it's just right!
I'm in west Raliegh, own a home in older neighborhood. Getting like inside the belt line. They buy a house for location + lot size and knock it down to put a mini mansion on its site. House next to me sold to developer to do that. Can't wait the construction to start😏
