Macro should tally up all the results and then rank the Legends as a whole and see if he agrees with those rankings based on the sum of their kits or if the combination of their kits is greater than the sum of. Would be interesting
That'd be very interesting. Some characters look very good on paper but their abilities aren't cohesive.

regarding loba’s passive, they could make it better by seeing things she needs through walls. so if she pings that she needs certain ammo, or certain optics, or heals, it’d show any nearby loot that she could actually use

BRO THAT IS GENIOUS and now i have an idea... what if you delete the ability to see legendary and epic loot but give her the ability to see any type of loot below that (so that if mates ping an item they need it is also highlighted through walls... that would be awesome because the team would be able to get the basic loot in an incredible speed)
maggie's passive is where people sleep on, that extra speed on a close gunfight turns the tide for her

@@jex-the-notebook-guy1002 Yes, I have. And I know the Eva is good. It’s just limited because if you want to get anything out of her passive, you can’t use something like AR-SMG, 2 ARs, 2 SMGs or an SMG-Sniper
I think now that wraith's passive actually functions properly instead of just not working or being delayed most of the time like it was for years it makes it a lot better. I've actually had a few times this season where the passive has given me and my friends enough of a heads up to get ready before a fight. I still think it should really give you a marker or something to the general area where you're being aimed at or where a trap it however instead of just saying "hey you're about to get shot at idk where tho good luck lmao."
It's a hard counter to Vantage I think. You get just enough warning to dodge as Vantage takes the shot.

Lifeline’s is risky, but automatic. Newcastle’s is safe, but more hands-on. They are both great.

as a rampart main, her passive only gives you slightly more ammo (15%) and a faster reload. (25%)
other than that, I agree with your placement. it's pretty underwhelming and she could benefit
from getting a new 2nd passive.

Rampart crafts items faster and cheaper, and is able to craft any hop-up
I feel like this keeps her mechanic theme, while also demonstrating her slogan (“I can turn cr** into gold!”). I also think it would be cool if she can also craft the splatter rounds hop up for every weapon.

For bloodhound you can use tactical to scan it and it rechearges it instantly and it gives 25% ult charge
Yeah honestly i think his passive is amazing. Gives you a lot of ult charge for literally pressing a button and gives you the direction where enemies are on the map. Would honestly be A/S -Tier for me
Also: If you see ravens, you know there are no enemies nearby. So, no ravens means: be aware, there's someone close.
valks passive has a lot more to offer then he says, for example, just before landing while on the ground you can use the pack to boost up for a second, removing the fall stun, basically copying horizons ult for free. just a thought

You forgot catalyst has a second passive exactly like caustic: she doesnt take damage from other catalysts tactical. The only downside is she should also not get her vision blurred in the ink walls from her ultamate
I would do some tweaking for this.
Move octane down to top of B or bottom of A. It's just too slow, if you get 3rd partied(which is most likely) and you already lost a lot of health from the 1st fight, you have enough time to regenerate health.
I would move Vantage up 1, I think you didn't emphasize enough on how she can see how many people are in a squad and you can also see their shields.
I would move bloody to top of c tier. It's really underrated passive. You basically get pointed towards the closest squad. And unlimited scans and boosted ult charge from scanning the Raven. By the time you find the squad ur ult is already fullly charged and you'll never worry about not knowing where to go for a fight.
Something people don’t utilize is using Loba’s passive for information, IE seeing if an enemy picks something up, it’s a good tool.
i still think a good rework would be for it to scan ALL loot but only when adsing with no weapon equipped so that it really is a looting passive withouth all the visual distraction
You should do a tier list going over legend designs and what you would change if they don’t have a good design
Watching this I think we should have a build-a-legend gamemode where you get to chose your abilities(passive, tac, ult) that tends to your playstyle like being ultimate healer with newcastle’s ult, gibbys dome, and lifelane’s passive
I was thinking if they add Cooper into the game, he'd be the ultimate Jack-of-all-trades legend, and you could customize his kit before you entered the game.
That would be so tricky to decide on a kit. I probably would pick Wattson or Crypto for personality, the perk of the support class, Lifeline’s “Combat Revive” (or Catalyst’s “barricade”) as the passive, Crypto’s “Surveillance Drone” as the tactical, and Wattson’s “Interceptor Pylon” as the ultimate. This kit probably wouldn’t be effective, but I like the idea of being a support/controller hybrid.

Honestly I'd turn Gibby's dome into an ult and use Newcastle's walls for the tactical because NC's ult SUCKS
@@babyghast4379 i think a good passive would be that his drone would start moving around on its own when it spots an enemy (it should not be imossible to hit but it should be a thing because right now, if you exit the drone at a place where it sees the enemy it immediately gets shot)
I agree with most of this besides a few choices:
1) Crypto: As someone that plays Crypto quite a bit his passive is rubbish, you have to use your tactical & his passive to get scans compared to every other scan legends (even ones not in the Recon class) only need 1 of those. Sadly Crypto not Pathfinder is the only legend without a true passive, worse passive in the game F Tier.
2) Bangalore: S tier is a little too high not because its not good but its only useful in mid - close range combat, compared Catalyst, Gibby & Horizon there passive can be useful in multiple scenarios not just in combat (blocking doors to hold a position or prevent rushes to reset, sniping for free & faster rez in his Bubble, freedom of movement where everyone else is stunned). IMO she's high A or A+.
3) Lifeline: Its good but you need someone to go down for it to be useful & if your close to mid range without a Gold Knockdown its effectiveness is lessen. IMO solid A.
4) Fuse: Yes it needs items, but combine with the assault class his bag management is the IMO the best in the game. He can hold 240 for your main gun & 160 for your secondary for only 5 spaces (compared to 6 for less ammo) & he can carry 4-8 nades (compared to the normal 2), also if he finds a Gold Bag his bag management only gets better (and he can loot up to 4 nades from Loba's shop). IMO its A+ when you factor all those things together.
5) Octane: I think maybe your underselling his passive without the need to heal he can actually play the game, even if its just as a watchdog he can watch your back while you heal (sadly most Octane mains are brain dead & will just run in die then leave). IMO its A+ or maybe pushing bottom of S tier.
Sidenote: I'd put Loba in low C / high D tier instead of F because unlike Wraith & Seer its actually handy sometimes (mainly early game) & especially if your looking for those hop-ups.
I agree with this. Crypto’s “passive” in B? No, you just described the tactical. Crypto has no passive, making it F- or what the lowest is by default. At least Caustic’s passive can be classified as such since it points out enemies in enemy gas. Crypto’s passive slot just describes what the drone does since it’s so complex.
Valk is S+

@@esiahlynchI think the reason is because it’s not the best in combat, it’s slower than most mobility tactical abilities all while making Valkyrie way easier to hit and taking her weapon away. It’s an amazing passive worthy of A tier, but it’s riskiness in combat scenarios can make it dangerous while passives like Horizon’s increased air strafing and soft landings are useful outside of combat but are also especially useful in combat scenarios.
as a watson main while the regen may seem really slow, the countless number of times I've had it top off my armour or used it to regen my team mates armour so we don't have to waste batteries.

It feels to me like Revenant should easily be S tier. He's very versatile. Faster movement while crouching (which also means that if you heal/shield while crouching you move slightly faster than not), crouching is faster naturally and quieter. Then he has the ability to see enemies he shot who are weak. Then he has faster climbing, higher climbing and can pretty much climb horizontally.
AND HE CAN SING LIKE A MF'ER IN HIS SONG!

Yeah. Putting Bangalore above Rev is crazy to me. Any legend that lets you scale vertically is OP, thus, Rev and Valk must be S tier.
you missed a key part of vantage's passive. It also tells you HOW MANY enemies are left of a particular squad, which is key for late game situations as well.
As a Caustic main that passive acts like an alarm on 5 different spots letting you know where the enemies are. also end game and having the ability to see everything while the others are fighting is kinda fun to see.
I'm a Catalyst main, and I agree her passive is wicked strong. But can be a pain to rebuild double doors that are half broken/half reinforced, and her passive shouldn't require weird jumps to better find the Door box (it helps). I would happily take a longer cooldown to reinforce doors, if Respawn would make the door detection more forgiving.
I know we'll just get the nerf if anything, but one can dream.

With season 20 and the new perks wraith’s passive is actually really helpful as one of her perks tells you when enemies are near you instead of just when they look at you. I know this video came out pre season 20 but it’s still kinda useful to add

Newcastle in S tier and lifeline in B tier. 90% of lifeline revives just get instantly thirsted. To the point where most people just use the rez as bait. It was only S tier in 3 strikes mode lol.
Vantage can also scan while unarmed, basically like using a spotter scope
Valks passive trumps horizon. You hit the jet back before you land and no UMPF. It’s S tier she can FREAKING FLY!
octane main here, octane is so much better in mixtape modes where you cannot heal manually because i believe it stacks with the regen the game givers you but it also allows to him to immediately start healing after the stim ends.

It’s not a mini passive it’s a feature of his tactical ability.
For loba, i would rework it so theres an extra option when you go to ask for ammo or attachments called wishlist or something like that and the items you need will be highlighted until you find what you need
Bloodhound's passive can be scanned using your tactical AND if you scan the bird, you instantly get your tactical back, meaning there's no reason to ever walk up and interact with the bird, just scan it and keep moving. Makes it a lot more consistent and better.
Pls make a tier list of apex legends or overwatch characters based on their lore
i dont play apex anymore, but when loba came out, i remeber thinking that she should be able to pick up items through walls as her passive, within a smaller radius of course than ur blackmarket
I think that you're missing a key factor of Bloodhound's passive. If there are no ravens it means that there are enemies nearby. I use that a lot, if you see ravens, you know that you can heal and loot after a fight, or keep rotating, or whatever you might need. Or on the contrary, no ravens, just be aware that there are enemies lurking around, like Crypto's passive.
Mirage should be A tier since quite possibly he has the most passives in the game yet because he can:
Send decoys when gliding, be invisible when knocked, be invisible when reviving teammates, both you and your teammate are invisible after reviving, and be invisible when you use a respawn beacon.
Trust me the invisibility is clutch and useful
macro one question, you said conduit's passive is decent just bc gains speed boost but u need teammates to be useful but then u said lifelines and newcastle,s passive are good just bc they revive better than the rest of the legends, meaninig that they need a teammate to be useful, in a game that when your ramdoms got knocked they instanly leave. Also why lifeline is better than newcastle? lifeline revive leaves you vulnerable to any enemy bc she has no barrier or shield, meanwhile newcastle can pick you, revive + HIS SECOND PASSIVE is fortified garantees u and ur teammate to actually be back at the fight

No way macro put lifelines passive over Newcastle 😂 its like a guaranteed revive with like a purple or gold knockdown shield. You always get thirsted when getting lifeline revived
I think in a vacuum Wattsons passive is S tier because imagine Bangalore or Gibby being able to instantly charge another air strike after just using it
and in that situation, wattson's ult would be OP as fuck. i'm a wattson main and i can't tell you how many times i've been in a situation where i'm fighting multiple squads and getting hit with multiple bang/gibby/fuse ults, knuckle clusters, valk missiles etc. and come out on top because of my pylon (and the ability to charge up another one easily!). i always put one down just before a fight and charge up another one before going in so i can put it down if we change position. i love seeing fuse players looking so helpless 😂
I think wraiths passive should work more like that call of duty perk that flashes your screen yellow when somebody out of your fov is looking at you

Path passive is fine. Definitely not D tier
I'm a Wraith main. Her passive works and has kept me from being shot. It also detects traps, warns of 3rd parties before they attack. All an enemy needs to do is look at her. I tell my teammates when I am looked at and we avoid all types of trouble. Her passive gives you useful info to play off of and is better than F tier. I would place it in C tier, similar to Vantage.
I think Ash's Passive should ping the next closest enemy to you after killing one.
Ballistic's passive should have infinite ammo & faster swap speed for his sling.
Loba should be able to see purple/gold/red death boxes at least or just get a passive rework.

as far as i know, cryptos ability to pick up banners with his drone, to scan and revive faster and to see the amount of people close to you is not his passive but a part of the tactical, his only passive is that the drone highlights enemies... and i think that is the worst passive in the game because it is basically the same as if bloodhounds passive would be: the scan of his tactical not only highlights the trackers but also scans enemies... which sounds hella stupid because that is a general thing and not a passive or like if seers passive would be: the tactical not only silences but it also scans the enemy... completely useless (i want to say that this is only my opinion and i dont say that everybody thinks that)
S: catalyst > bangalore > valk > gibby >
A: fuze > wattson > newcastle > horizon
the rest are irrelevant compared to the 8 passives above

Caustic passive sucks tbh. Its only good like you said for enemies playing caustic.
A slight buff to the passive I think should be adding that your entire team can see well through the gas and enemy gas ONLY if they are near you. This IMO will not make it OP in case a team member wants to to push a caustic building alone. But helpful for a team fight where your whole team can see through the gassed up room. But i think enemies in the gas should light up in all red just for the caustic user.

to me as a bloodhound main i feel like he has a s tier passive the raven is really strong for early mid and late game getting to know when a fight happened what ults were used and being able to see how long ago people were in that area you are in is really good imo i think he has a s tier passive
I remember in season 6 when they said they would give pathfinder a passive after they gave all recons the survey beacon scan. Now 13+ seasons later it still hasn’t happened yet
Loba passive buff idea: The helmet she’s wearing determines what items she can see. For example if she wears a grey helmet, she can only see grey items, but if she’s wearing a purple helmet, she can see grey, blue and purple items.
(Might be too much visual clutter when I think about it)
Can we get an Apex Legends tier list for specifically Mixtape. What Legends are the best in Control/TDM. And are there sleeper picks for Gun Game
a lot of it depends on the map imo. for example, skull town TDM map is great for playing caustic or catalyst because the space is designed to have a lot of combat where you're going in and out of buildings. but they're not the best picks for the phase runner map because the entire thing is open space and they're easy to avoid/counter. wattson on zeus station or lava siphon is an absolute NIGHTMARE to go up against. i'm a wattson main and it's so fun to watch my enemies be absolutely destroyed trying to counter me. it's even worse when the other squad has a wattson, too, so we get twice the utility.
there are legends whose utility is reduced significantly in these modes, though. loba, for example, is useless save for her tactical in gun run. her market can help with finding stuff in TDM/control, but it's definitely nothing mind-blowing. octane's passive isn't the game changer that it is in BR since health recharges passively in these modes. fuse's passive is almost completely irrelevant bc inventory doesn't matter and grenades are finite, and wattson's ult accelerant passive isn't applicable either. lifeline's health drone utility is also way less useful because of the passive healing, the care package is even less underwhelming than it is in BR, and revives aren't a thing so her passive is useless.
there's a ton that could be said on it. but i think these modes are the perfect place to try out new legends and loadouts so i'd just do some experimenting and find what works for you. that's what i like doing.

bloodhounds passive isn’t just the raven they can see the tracks and its tells them everything they’ve done and how long ago they did it
So many opinions I don't get... First of all, I know it's a meme, but why are people STILL complaining about Pathfinder ? His tactical already has the most expression in the game, on PC especially, and his accelerated Zips are also insane movement-wise, so he doesn't need an insane passive, plus his passive is actually very decent ; you essentially get 3 free Ults in the game AND reduce the overall cooldown by 30 seconds, that is such a difference ! Imo, the legend that actually doesn't have a passive is Crypto, in the sense that you couldn't imagine this passive outside of the tactical (it stops doing anything if the drone dies as well, making Crypto have zero abilities for 40 seconds if his Drone gets shot down (okay he can still scan beacons...)) ; also the scanning of enemy squads around you are more part of the tactical, just like being able to retrieve banners or use them instantly, etc.
How is there such a gap between Lifeline's and Newcastle's ? I believe both are really close, they're both OP in specific situations. I'd agree Lifeline's a bit better, as long as you HAVE COVER you can keep on fighting or heal while you revive, but if you don't Newcastle's becomes insane, so overall there should be a maximum of a tier difference.
Valk's passive is basically the whole character, I don't get how it's not S-tier. It's constant huge movement potential, you can reposition all the time, take high ground effortlessely, and if you play on a spot with gaps or varying levels of elevation it's godlike. And don't you bring up how it's not great in combat, just don't fly when the enemy is looking at you ; using her passive in combat is just as strong once you learn it, and it's simply like walljumping or holstering while in combat, it's all about playing around the rythm and the attention of the enemy, using cover and movement to claim space, do damage and eventually win the fight... I'm not gonna act like I'm insane at this game, especially not mechanically, but it's easy to see how strong Valk's passive is in combat. You may wanna compare it to Horizon's, but keep in mind Horizon's essentially abusing the existing movement mechanics in the game, mostly airstrafing and tapstrafing, and those are mostly used with MnK ; on controller tho, Horizon's passive is mostly underwhelming, while everyone can use Valk's, and Valk's is WAY more useful outside of combat...
Finally my biggest gripe with this video is Seer... F-TIER ??? Same level as Wraith's ?? That's gotta be a meme right ? Yes, it's got a small range, yes, it's got that delay and heartbeat thing, but it is still constant scan ! It does take a little bit of skill to use, but it gives you control in those chaotic cqc situations, allowing to track enemy positions and line up your shots, and even figure out how low enemies are ; I didn't even consider the possibility of speaking to your teamates to give them scans too. Used well, it is one of the best passives in combat (you can even scan for rats/buildings like a free BH tact). Also did you say you "already hear their footsteps" lmao ? Btw Seer is meant to have an offensive passive, while Wraith's is defensive, it's main utility is to know when snipers are aiming at you or detect close traps, which isn't very useful but definitely more than you sugest...

for crypto, i think he's high b or low a tier now that they can scan survey beacons and get banners and respawn people in respawn beacons, especially if the banner is in reach and in the ring, nearing endgame too
I'd argue crypto doesn't have a passive. Everything in his kit revolves around a drone that can be shot down leaving him with 0 abilities. His passive effectively does nothing since the other scan legends also highlight enemies on scan for teamates. So the passive just doesnt do anything. I will agree that he is a very hard to balance legend since one small change and it's broken to one side of the spectrum or the other. I always thought a cool passive would be that he's harder to scan in some way (considering his lore and knack for hacking this would make some sense) but that also gives rise to some issues. Maybe he's immune to the map scanning from beacons and such but direct scanning from abilities still works? I have no idea, honestly but would love for him to get something.
honestly after i main octane for a couple of days i always forget to heal while playing another legend haha
Pathfinder: I can instantly charge my ult and reduce its cooldown permanently just by looking up!
Horizon: I can land on the ground.
How is pathfinders passive SO MUCH worse???

He does not have any passives and everything resolves around his drone so you can easily just say that it's Crypto Drone abilities
Drone gets destroyed and you're stuck without nothing for 40 seconds, no abilities and no "Drone Passive", the character itself has no passive but the drone does which still sucks lol
Crypto needs an actual passive (as a crypto main). He should be immune/un-targettable by enemy scans or survey beacons, I feel like that would be a cool unique tactical for him since his whole thing is to be "off the grid".
I think its really helpful to remember that crypto can respawn someone with his drone instantly

I’ll probably die on this hill but even before the general legend class rework, Pathfinder had a passive. You went to a beacon and got your ultimate back. There, that was a passive. Pathfinder has a passive and always has had one
Yeah, Bloodhound's passive is alright. If you use the tac scan, and the raven is there, you get that back
Ain’t no way Lifeline’s passive above New Castle. If it was old lifeline with the shields maybe but no way in hell she’s above Newcastle.

Bloodhound passive is so damn broken its at least high A, you get to see 3/4 of stuff that people did, if they were shot, in which direction they went, and ofc you get the op crows that get your ult so fast

People are going to disagree but Fuse's passive is obviously more OP than Bangalore's passive. How is running *slightly* faster even remotely more powerful than extra ordinances, in a game where grenades are lowkey OP?

As a Crypto main, I honestly think now he is a high C tier character now. Especially now that the meta is so fast paced now due to Horizon and Bangalore. The only thing I wish they’d do is to change the passive. Seer and Bloodhand give free scans to the team mates with their tacticals without using their passive whatsoever. It’s a waste of space that needs fixing.
I’m a Crypto main too, I would like to ask what you would implement as a passive. I would implement the ability Crypto had in the end of his Story from The Outlands, the one where he was able to open the door from a distance with his controller. This would provide a good combat ability in fights, being able to shut enemies out for a bit or even opening the door to uncover them (think about those scenarios where a team is behind a big door, opening and shutting it to control the fight). It would also make Crypto a decent counter to Catalyst, opening reinforced doors and EMP blasting the spike strips (this also keeps thematic consistency in his kit, he remains a sort of infiltrator).
@@babyghast4379 I like your idea, however in the game you can open doors normally with his drone, but I feel like that’d be too broken if he could reopen catalyst doors. I was thinking more of, (this isn’t my original idea I can’t remember where I saw this), that Crypto gained a passive called “Off the Grid”, where he can go semi invisible while he’s in the drone. Kind of like how mirage can make himself and his team mates invisible for a short amount of time. Not something too long, maybe give him 5 secs, because he has to be immobile while in the drone so I feel this is a fair balance to his kit.
As another crypto main I think his passive should be moved to his tactical and his new passive will be a speed boost for a couple seconds (like Bangalore double time)
@@Myth_1 That could also work, fitting into his backstory of being on the run. I say make exiting the drone result in a three second speed boost to catch up to teammates after scouting or to rush into enemies after an EMP play. To make it a true passive though, there should also be a single use of the speed boost that can be activated on demand during the forty seconds a drone takes to be repaired. Perhaps it can also increase movement speed while using slowing items like syringes or ultimate accelerants.

“Years of being tracked down has made you used to running. Movement speed increases when Crypto is vulnerable.”
About Ramparts passive, honestly its my least favourite part of her kit, the only time I liked it was in season 9, when the L star was like this lmg smg hybrid thing and you couldnt use extended mags or stabalizers on it. Cause with rampart it basicly was basicly an A tier weapon on drop wich was pretty dope but now like why would you want to pick up an lmg with rampart you already have the best LMG in the game equipped at all time, why would you take another one.
If it where up to me id make her passive. It would be the abillity to use Replicators to craft basicly the Rampart mod atteachment wich you could then just put on any weapon of yours or teamates.
then tone the effect down a bit so its not to strong and it would be very cool.
