How to Make Ice Cream Bars

Learn how to turn store bought ice cream into delicious ice cream bars! I'll teach you how to make a caramel sauce that stays soft in the freezer, how to toast pecans and how to make a shiny chocolate coating (magic shell) to finish them off.
Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup Sugar
1.5 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Whipping Cream
Splash of Vanilla
Chocolate Coating:
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
6 tbsp Coconut Oil

why does my ice cream stick to the mold?

You can dip the bottom of the mold in warm water for a couple seconds to help release the ice cream
