(7cm * 4cm ice cream, 16 bars)
● Condensed milk vanilla ice cream
2 yolks
20g sugar
95g milk
1/2 vanilla bean
50g white chocolate
140g condensed milk
200g fresh cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream)
♥
50g raspberry jam
50g grape jam
(You can replace it with your favorite jam ~)
♥ Chocolate Glasage
300 g dark chocolate
48g grapeseed oil (or canola oil,) (Olive oil, x)
50 g chopped almonds

I made this icecream. I used cream instead of of milk, 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 white chocolate. I did not make the filling. The icecream is amazing, so creamy and delicious.
I would love for more ice cream recipe so good even my son loves it please continue evne there is COVID-19

저도 똑같은 몰드에 요거트넣어서 아이스크림 만들었었는데 초콜릿에 담그는 순간 다녹아서 실패를 맛보았는데 이영상보고 다시 만들어봐야겠네요~^^

코팅할 때 녹을 수 도 있을거에요~
저는 냉동실에서 하나씩 꺼내 코팅하고..
넣었어요~~😄
그리고..
코팅할때 쓰는 초콜릿 온도를 27ㅡ28도에서 쓰면 괜찮아요..
그리고 스피드 잊지 마세요~~😁
연유는 단맛~.

쫀득함..을 책임져요~~
반은 너무 많이 줄이시는 거 같고요..
조금만 줄여서 만들어 보세요~😊

I have made these ice cream bars so many times now, they are gorgeous, much better than commercially made ice creams. I have used various flavours too, fresh blueberries, a chocolate version, mango, oreo, and even apple pie using left over pie, it was delicious! Thank you Boone Bake for all your videos!
