This is my EDC for work. ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ Please watch: "Battle of the Ultimate Chopping Knives! Which is the Best!??" • EXTREME Battle of the ... ~-~~-~~~-~~-~
Oh my God thank you for carrying reasonable things. So many people walking around with 12 knives and 4 multitools in 3 separate bags or pockets. I can't imagine the back pain some of these guys have lol.
Thanks a lot! I appreciate it. I made mine for daily use. I feel like a lot of people make an EDC with too much stuff they would only need if they are stranded or something
I agree on how useful scissors are for EDC. I traded in my pocket knife for Leatherman's Mini which has scissors instead of pliers and never looked back. Very happy.
I carry very simular things in mine. I also include some PVC tape, a 1/2" adjustable wrench, my Leatherman Raptor shears, and several other Leatherman items for my Surge or Wave which is carried seperately. I love it!
I carry a few band-aids or plasters in my wallet. It seems like I'm always reaching for them. Great video and thanks for sharing. The organizer is a good bit of kit.
the small clips are called “alice” clips I think it stands for (all-purpose lightweight individual carry equipment)... the us army phased them out in early 2000’s so theyre kinda hard to find. If yours wear out, consider getting some short plastic “malice” clips. Theyre designed for the molle/pals straps and should come in handy and be used the same way you are currently setup.
I got one of the micro organisers. It is really useful for keeping my small important bits of gear when I go camping. These Maxpedition products seems to be really good quality. Thanks for the load out :) - Martin
quality is awesome! But they are also very expensive. I still love the organizer a lot. All these things were just sitting lose in my bag before. Thanks for the comment mate!
I discovered your channel about a week ago and I like it a lot. It's always informative and you guys are funny as hell, I really like your jokes and fooling around. Now, one tip that you might find interesting; I put a patch with my blood type on that piece of velcro on the front side of the pouch. If ever an accident happen to me and I need a transfusion or anything like that, others will know what my blood type is. Keep up the good work, you're great.
thanks a lot mate! I'm looking for a small bark river fixed blade like the little creek. I might put a fire steel in there without handle so it doesn't take much space.
You did brought me to an idea with the medicine. The traveling pills for diaria and painkillers. goed gedaan man neem het mee in mijn eigen. Dutch prepping uit
Love the pouch, I would add a few things. Firemaking utensils-small lighter and firesteel-u probably wear it on your person. A folder with a locking mechanism, small sharpener and a bigger flashlight.
thanks for the tip! There is a storm lighter in there. I had a firesteel and a folder in there but I had to replace it with other things. I had to put my mind of the survival thoughts. This EDC is meant for the things I use most. I do have a higonokami knife in there now. It's a cool looking folder for light use.
Ben nu bezig om mijn broetje te overtuigen om ook te abboneren want dit is toch ook echt wel zijn ding! En ik vind het ook leuk om lekker in het bos bezig te zijn en gebruik maken van de dingen die je daar hebt.
2506INF thanks a lot. i like them a lot. they might not be as Safe as the molle System but they are fast and without hassle. perfect for all day purpose or Bushcraft. Cheers!
Sweet... I would get the "beefy" or "fatty" from Maxpedition... you just have some more space... maybe for some Gorilla-Tape or Paracord... or a better flash light...
I don't know what situation is in the Netherlands but I would add tick remover in the kit if You are spending much time in parks. It's easier to remove with a dedicated tool than with a pair of tweezers IMO and I removed them a lot. BTW great videos, I recently found out about Your channel and love it! Keep up the good work!
Dutch Bushcraft Knives, it might sound a bit ridiculous, but perhaps you can make a video about how you deal with ticks. One of my friends recently got Lymes disease and it almost spooks me not to go out in the summer. With the right knowledge we could go outside.
@TopHat If a infected tick bites in it's already over, best bet is to use repellent to prevent tick (and mosquito) bites. Tick removal is quite easy, if You have tweezers or some tool for that. You just have to be gentle to avoid breaking the tick while it's latched on. I found it to be easiest to remove with a small prybar-like tool designed for tick removal rather than other spring loaded tweezers. I can send You a link if You're interested.
@TopHat Well it's not so bad, You just have to remove the tick as soon as possible. But why risk it? The tool is called tick twister, should be first link on Google, they have a pretty good page with demonstrations. I highly recommend this tool!
The clips are ALICE clips. Pretty sure they were sort of the predecessor to MOLLE webbing. You'd typically have alice webbing too to match the clips but MOLLE works just fine as well
Goede, handige video's, keep it up! Welke zijn goede plaatsen om bijvoorbeeld te wildkamperen in NL waar je ook vuur mag maken? Of doe je alles in je achtertuin? Grts
dit is een stukje privé terrein. Als je een open vuur wilt maken moet je toestemming vragen aan de boswachter of iets van een vuurschaaltje in je achterbak meenemen.. helaas. naar Scandinavië verhuizen lijkt me de beste optie geheheh
I can't really compare. What I did notice now after a few years of use is that it'd still in perfect shape. The elastic bands are still elastic which on most would have dried out by now
I wish we used the metric system. it's soooo much simpler than the 'standard' system. and I don't know why it's called that because only like, 7 countries use this system.....metric is better!
WTF, no knife. I know the Victorinox has one/two blades, but you can't make feather stix, cut a tree down, or even chop branches w/ a Vic....I am totally suprised at not one bush craft blade...Hmmmmmmp!
Randall Kelley this is edc and there is no need for a Bushcraft blade in my edc. there are 17.000.000 people within a 2 hour drive. only in an apocalyptic situation one would need something like that in the Netherlands
Nice video. It isn’t pretentious or douchey. Just a down to Earth dude showing off his EDC. God bless brother.
thanks a lot ian

+jesss uufdy hahaha thanks!we do our best!
I’ve looked at a few of these EDC videos to get ideas for mine, but I think your kit is the most practical one I’ve seen.

Nice Video , Thank You very Much 👍
The US used those little metal clips way back in the 70's. I have two canteens w/ those clip attachments. Cool.

INteresting and informative video, thanks. I would put that micro fibre cloth into a plastic bag of some sort, to keep it clean and dry.
I am not 100% sure what your occupation is over there, but man it sounds chill. I need an occupation like that here in the US!
