This is why people need to stop asking couples "when are you starting s family"!! You never know the internal pr personal struggles that people are going through. People need to begin to be more sensitive and mind their business until a couple says so. Also a great ego lesson and lesson on how much we put on women or how women feel like failures when we cannot carry a child or have difficulties...This was a great lesson on what we go through and have to take month after month..and how a man responds when its actually him...
Always remember God made doctors and science. Faith without work is dead. You prayed, believed and he ordered your steps with a lesson in what faith is. God Bless you both!

Yes, it is definitely a sensitive topic when people keep asking but we do understand people aren’t trying to hurt us - it’s just a lack of awareness which is unfortunate. And you’re right, so much weight is put on women to have children and not much is put on the men. It’s not easy when you’re the one who is the cause but thank God we have identity and confidence and live that supersedes that. Again, thanks for watching and commenting! 🙏🏻

Totally agree. People mean well but honestly, couples are struggling out there with conception. Let God work, let your coupled friends figure it out (or single ladies wanting to conceive) and just be supportive. Great news for the Cole's though 🙌🏾💚

I'm glad that u talked about the ivf, some Christian have this misconception that babies should be conceived the through the sexual intercourse only! Forgetting that God ( The Greatest scientist that have, is and will exist) bestowed on is the knowledge and science( even though some use it wrongly) , which may help us when the easiest way( non medical way) isn't working, and I strongly believe that if God is the One and only giving the miracle of human life He can also make us pass through the medical conception bcz of reasons sometimes we don't understand. We as Christian has to understand and accept that God has many ways of making us parents biologically or thru adoption.
I congratulate you that u shared ur journey and help people open eyes on God's way of working!

No matter what process it took for you to become pregnant, God was and always will be in control. You were selected because he knew you would be obedient. People of God need to talk about struggles in and through the valley. The valley is where faith is tested. You shouldn’t feel weak if while in the valley you have fears or doubts. I always felt I wasn’t being a perfect Christian when my struggles sometimes brought me to my knees saying “Why God?” I look back on those valley experiences, and I know God saw me through them. I can’t imagine making that journey without Christ Jesus. There is value in the valley. You gain a deeper understanding of life and its many blessings and have more compassion for others and their struggles. Thank you for sharing your story. It brought tears to my eyes. I am praying for you. 🙂

I don’t think it’s insensitive! Give people the benefit of the doubt! Everyone loves and gets excited about babies! I truly don’t think people mean any harm! We’ve become an over sensitive culture! People are afraid to say anything for fear someone’s feelings may be hurt! Lexi & Brian are helping us!! 💜

Infertility is predominant in many more couples than you could ever imagine..most people just don’t want to talk about it..I hope you sharing your journey on this subject..will help other couples navigate this path to becoming parents..my husband and I experienced all of the emotions you both have spoke about..43 years ago..I tried the the fertility drug treatment for seven months..that didn’t work..I discontinued the drugs..fought extreme depression..and started praying for a miracle....long story short..God gave us 2 miracle children..Speaking of miracles..🙌🏽🙌🏽..My health issue was I had blocked Fallopian tubes..We saw the blockage on the HSG screen ..surgery wasn’t recommended and IVF was not an option back then..I’m so happy for you two..Thank God they have more options available ..and that you were able to use this option..that’s how I look at it ..only God can give life ...so he Still..gets the Glory..I’m happy for you all😋..We stand with you and believe God that everything is well with your baby 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I had to stop this vlog 17 minutes in to reiterate what I have said to you and a few other Christian youtubers.Your platform that you have been given must be used to glorify God at every opportunity possible.I am not talking about preaching and quoting scriptures all the time to persons who might not find that appealing; but in the every day little things, to just show a wholesome,christian life is a good thing and that serving God has its ups and downs but in the end it is the best life possible.

A doctor told me once that I was trying to hard to get pregnant, I stoped trying and finally got pregnant with my first little angel, 10 yrs later I had my 2nd

If only things are that easy. A Dr should have known better, glad it worked out for you. After going through 6 IVF cycles and have stopped 'trying' in the last 2-3 years still waiting for it to happen.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy. I too have been through IVF, I’m 8 months pregnant today actually. Oh it’s been a longggggg, hardddddd journey to get to this stage. God was and still is the centre of eveything! One thing I’ve learnt is having faith and patience. Only Gods timing. Once agin, congratulations!!!

There were so many gems in here about faith and mental health that I could write a short book but a main thing I kept thinking about during this video is how in Supernatural Childbirth there's a story about a woman who thinks she's in faith and puts herself at risk because of it and he tells her "faith works, and this is not working." There's so much power and freedom when you take God out of a box and align your faith with what God has specifically for you. Blessings to you all and the little world changer you're about to raise!!

Wow! Such a vulnerable, sincere video! This hit a spot in me watching it and made me emotional. No I didn’t have to go through that process, but my husband and I found out our son would be disabled & had a 25% chance of living after birth, when I was 5 months pregnant. We were only 20&21 years old. We didn’t tell people. We wanted to believe he’d be healed before I delivered him then share the testimony. That wasn’t Gods will though. So As time got closer and closer to him being born, we decided to tell people. It hurt so bad feeling alone, but once we opened up we received much prayer and love. Our son is our miracle baby and a living testimony. I thank God you all are being strong together and Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I KNOW it’s not easy. But God gets the glory in it All. Keep enduring Cole Family! You guys got this, by God’s grace!

Thank you for sharing your story. I'm only 21 and still don't know whether I want a family, but this is really insightful especially from a guy's perspective. It's sad how many ppl have kids they don't want or can't take care of, and then there's the other side of it.

I never heard much about infertility because people don’t talk about it, but since I started working in the NICU, I’ve met so many parents who have also struggled through this journey. It’s also important to spread awareness, I’ve stopped asking couples “when are you going have kids” because I truly have no idea what they are going through.

You are not alone hun Infertility is a struggle I can feel you we are also pregnant with IVF, we been married for 7 good years. After trying a lot and one Ectopic pregnancy our best option was IVF we pray a lot and ask God to assist us and yes we were lucky it works on our first try still 4 months to go until delivery. Yes God is real 💯, I respect you and your husband to talk openly about, we are planning to share our journey with friends and family as soon we delivered. Take it easy hun and enjoy your pregnancy soon you will feel the baby kicking up the storm. Sending blessings and lots prayers your way. ❤️❤️❤️

So glad you were able to have a baby. We couldn't back in the day (I'm 66) and we were never able to. We prayed for YEARS but never got that blessing. So we adopted, still isn't like carrying a baby. So so so happy for you.

This video has taught me a lot in regards to faith. Like
1) Faith IS holding out hope for an expected end and NOT holding out hope for until you think something should happen.
Going off of that,
2) Just because you want something bad enough and you HAVE the faith for it, doesn't mean you will get it (when you want it or how you want it).
3) For God knows the plans that He has for you. They are good. They will give you an expected end. - Come what may, be still and know that your LORD is God.

La Teish we really appreciate you saying this. It definitely is difficult to hear people pressuring and pushing you to have kids while you’re trying to but not succeeding. It wasn’t easy to share but well worth it!

Our imperfection, usually makes us impatient. We can’t be anxious over anything, because our Heavenly Father knows what we need, at the proper time. I have accepted the fact that after my Hysterectomy, there would be zero chance of becoming a Mother. It was challenging and often depressing but I had to accept it and receive the other blessings that would come my way. I have over 50 nieces and nephews. May not be my own, but I have to find joy through the time I spend with them. Continue to remain faithful and gracious. Thank you for sharing your challenges.
