I have less than 60 percent in my 12th, but I have approx 2 years of work experience in Accenture, How will it affect my placement and internship..???
Many companies keep criteria of greater than 60 to be eligible. So this may affect

@@mekwa6871 see there are still many companies which accept less than 60 but it also depends on which CLG you join. You may not get your dream company. But you will be eligible for major companies. So it depends on you whether you want to pursue MBA or not

Bro which add-on courses are required for placement in finance??????
Do some live projects in finance or internships. Financial modeling, business analysis using excel, valuation, are some courses. You can also go for CFA. Depends on how much you can absorb and process. Do subscribe and like please.
This time placement report shows that For ximb hr average was 17lpa and highest being 30lpa.Even summer internship median was more than that of bm .Is this true or too inflated?
Avg pkg maybe little inflated but highest pkg cannot be inflated. Consider 1-2 lacs here and there.
I have a 7/7/7 profile with CA inter cleared as of now with an AIR-41 , and I plan to pursue my mba after clearing my CA Final , along side I am also prepping for CFA l2 as of right now, I plan to qualify CFA l3 before joining mba, will I get shortlisted for finance roles with this profile? Or is the criteria very strict like 9/9/9 profile for all the investment banking role(both backend and frontend )?
CFA or CA students are given preference in investment banking and in other finance roles as much I have seen

Bhai kya finance jobs me work-life balance bilkul nahi hota ? Maine suna hai finance aur consulting sabse jayda hectic jobs hote hai. Working hours kitne hote hai per day iske bare me batao zara.
Varies from company to company. Also depends on which roles you are getting in finance company.

Hi, does gap years due to UPSC matters a lot in MBA interview or placements?… I have decent acads 9/9/8…and preparing for CAT 2024
Depends on how many gap year you have. You may not be eligible to sit in placement of some companies. But at the end what matters is how you project your story and confidence in front of interviewers.
Hey there, brother, I'm wondering if there are score caps for academics when it comes to CV shortlisting. I have 60s in 12th grade (best of 4) and I'm concerned about potentially not getting shortlisted for major companies, especially for roles in General Management and Marketing.
Very limited companies set cap during placements. Usually cap is between 60-70. So you may miss out on companies

Hey, thanks for sharing valuable content and insights for XIMB. I've converted both XIMB - BM and IMT-PGDM core programs. I'm not concerned about IMT's batch strength; major finance brands are coming there. However, I'm unsure about the roles and packages offered by them. Please share if you have any insights about IMT as well & could you guide me which institution to join particularly for finance opportunities.
Role and packages would be similar to ximb or to a tier-2 b-school. Between 11-24. It's totally your call to select one of both as more or less both are similar. Look into other factors like location, fees etc

Other companies do come. I was sharing my experience. Ximb is giving focus to finance companies now. Share of finance roles and companies have increased to 20+℅.
