Then I got diagnosed with some chronic illness including major depression and Brain stroke and chronic stress. Due to this I couldn't study till the start of the last year and then I prepared well and was able to achieve 98.92 percentile in CAT 2023 along with clearing multiple bank po exams. Will this be justified? Thank you

Hi Amisha, it will be tough to go through in a top college. If you're absolutely sure you can score 98+ around, go for it. Diversity can come out in your favour but in the interviews storytelling will be very crucial and I am sure being a teacher it is not an issue for you!
Hi hemant bhaiya am only preparing for omets ( only for snap , tiss and cmat) and i have 2 yrs gap as well. Will the question of gap year be asked in these other colleges as well??? am targetting sibm pune , my both Parents are working , my dad had an accident couple of months back (injured his leg severely) making him bed rest for two months. I was involved moslty in household work with my mom over these time , my mom is a nurse so i had to drop her in her hospital every time depending on the timings of her duty, so as the reason i could'nt able to find any descent jobs or other things i was only focused on studies at this point , i only helped my mom and dad and did all the other stuff. How can i justify these things to a panelist ??? Plz reply bhaiya
Hey Sanskaar, I hope papa is doing fine now and things are better! Don't worry about it right now, and take all the exams including CAT if possible. You can always keep one preference but don't close other doors. Get a good percentile, an interview call and then we will sit and sort things out for you

Just think it from a perspective ki I'll do something that I'm happy talking about. Do a bit of certification courses, a couple of internships and take part in college societies. More than enough. Additionally you can start a blog or something. Agar us side koi passion hai.

Entirely up to you, if you show a master's degree then you don't have to defend gap years. However there will be certain challenges with you showing master's degree too but in both the situations you can pull off if you prepare well

Sir i made ews in the year 2022 and this year it got expired.. then do i need to make a valid one for applying as ews in cat application or the expired one can work We got it made by toiling really hard from one office to another getting it renewed is also another task btw .
You will have to make a new one Sneha. And not just for this year lekin for next year as well because when you will get admitted in college they will ask for fresh EWS
