- This is your cardio barre 20-minute Quick Hiit workout. In this workout we're gonna work your entire body for cardio a little bit of toning and sculpting and we'll get it all done in just 20 minutes. All these moves will be from a standing position and of course I will give you lots of different options so work to your level and listen to your body. You don't need any equipment for this workout just a little bit of space to move. Let's do it!

I slowed down a few times to keep the flow and my form, but was able to do it all--well except for the jumping and deep squat balanced on a hand at the end, I did the modifications on those 2 moves. But a good workout & good length. Thank you, Amy.

Loved it! I was way slower than you but I could still feel the burn in my arms and my heart beat was up throughout the workout. My arms were already sore from yesterday's mini band fusion workout and today I was like..... 🥵🥵🥵 it was very challenging to keep the arm up, horizontal to the floor 😇Thank you so much Amy for all your wonderful videos 🤗💛
