  • This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Barre 20-minute Quick Hiit Workout. And it's Day #4 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. In this workout we're gonna work your entire body for cardio and we'll get it all done in just 20 minutes. All these moves will be from a standing position and I'll give you lots of different options so work to your level and listen to your body. You don't need any equipment for this workout just a little bit of space to move. Let's do it!

    Loving the holiday series. I felt like a 6'7'' 240 lb ballet dancer on parts of this one. I'm ballet dancin' Ma! Seriously though love bodyfit Amy, thanks!!

    that was my first Cardio Barre quick HIIT workout because I usually walk my dog for cardio but we’re having freezing rain here today. I’m so glad I checked it out & was surprised at how it got my heart rate up! Loving this holiday series! Thanks Amy!! 🙌🏼

    This a a keeper for sure. Heart rate went up by end of first set....Sweating by middle of workout. HIIT and 🔥 🔥 🔥 and went by faster than 20 min. Once again...loved that the moved started at beginner and worked it way up. Lots of options for everyone.

    I was wondering why this was so familiar! I love Cardio and I love Barre. I did this one when she released it back in August and it was a burner then, too. Loving the Holiday HIIT that I can easily follow and try to jump back kn to my exercise regime after 8 months postpartum and going back to work. :)

    Sometimes I feel like I get more done in the 20 minutes than the longer workouts.
