I use Company Cam in a different trade. One thing that has been good is to take photos at initial visit of all existing damage to sidewalks, driveways, cracks in bldg structure, broken windows, lawn damage, etc so we don’t get accused of causing the damage during the job. We have pictures time date stamped to show it was previous to us.

I do mainly fence repair with some installation. I am a one man, sometimes 2 to 3 man operation and I use Invoice Simple. Seems to do maybe what Job Nimbus does.
How do you sell jobs? Door to door ?

One question when you are building a fence do you have to get the permit or the person you hired to build it has to get it?
It likely varies depending on municipality. In our situation, we pull the permits for our clients. Everything is online and it’s a pretty quick process. Thanks for watching!
Im writing software right now to replace My Salesman specifically made for fence company's. Its going to change things. Namely bottom lines.

Joe thank you for this great info. So do your crews not have any paper copy of contracts? Such a great idea having all of it on an app. I’m a small company so I still use paperwork for my business but also sub contract for a very large company who could benefit greatly from this way of doing business.
